一、為協助臺北市視障按摩據點提升宣傳形象及行銷效益，規劃辦理旨揭競賽，讓學子有機會接觸視障者的就業與生活，透過年輕世代之創意與設計並結合公益理念，促進世代間與社會大眾對視障族群的理解與尊重，攜手推動友善、共融的城市環境。
二、為提供學生更充裕之創作與報名時間，活動報名截止日期延長至115年7月3日（星期五）17時，請鼓勵學生踴躍參與。

To assist the visually impaired massage centers in Taipei in enhancing their promotional image and marketing effectiveness, this competition has been planned. This initiative aims to provide students with the opportunity to engage with the employment and daily lives of visually impaired individuals. By combining the creativity and design skills of the younger generation with a spirit of social responsibility, we hope to foster greater understanding and respect for the visually impaired community among different generations and the general public, and to jointly promote a friendly and inclusive urban environment.
To provide students with more ample time for creation and registration, the deadline for activity registration has been extended to July 3, 2026 (Friday) at 17:00. We encourage students to actively participate.
