配合高教深耕計畫子計畫【協助系科落實產業鏈結及職涯接軌】，培養學生各項職能核心能力，協助學生職涯發展效能，即日起至115/9/4（五），各院/系科可依各單位特色與學生需求，提出職涯輔導相關計畫案。計畫內容可包含職涯探索、學生職涯接軌就業學程實務特色方案或辦理各類提升學生職能指標之活動等。
各系科可申請一計畫案，經生涯輔導委員會審核通過後，得依相關辦法獲得經費補助。（凡能回應畢業生雇主回饋，落實產業鏈結及職涯接軌之計畫，得優先獲得補助。個別課程或輔導活動之申請案，暫不受理。）
審核結果將於115年9月18日（五）前公告。
經費補助原則：
1.每計畫案得按照學校經費及高教深耕計畫經費編列，最高補助8萬元。計畫執行期間為115/08/01-116/07/15。
2.凡教學單位針對畢業生流向和雇主滿意度回饋提出改善策略之計畫，進行PDCA循環回饋機制，規劃辦理優質的職涯輔導方案，得優先獲得補助。
3.若聘請業界導師（以系友業師尤佳），請附上業師專長表單。
4.獲得補助之系科，須將職涯補助計畫成果公告於系上網頁。
注意事項：
1.請於計畫執行前向生涯發展中心提案申請經費補助，經審核後，由生涯發展中心通知各系填寫流用單。
2.核銷部份，請填單核銷單據，並於計畫結束後，該學期第18週提供相關成果資料。

In conjunction with the sub-project of the Higher Education Deepening Initiative titled “Assisting Departments in Implementing Industry Linkages and Career Transition,” which aims to cultivate students i core competencies and enhance their career development effectiveness, all colleges, departments, and programs are invited to submit career counseling proposals from now until Friday, September 4, 2026. Proposals should be tailored to the unique characteristics of each unit and the needs of students. Project proposals may include career exploration, practical programs designed to bridge students i academic studies with employment, or activities aimed at enhancing students i competency indicators.
Each department or program may submit one proposal. Upon approval by the Career Counseling Committee, funding will be provided in accordance with relevant regulations. (Priority will be given to projects that address feedback from employers of our graduates and effectively implement industry linkages and career alignment. Applications for individual courses or counseling activities will not be accepted at this time.)
Review results will be announced by Friday, September 18, 2026.
Funding Principles:
1. Each project may be budgeted using university funds and funds from the Higher Education Deepening Program, with a maximum subsidy of NT$80,000. The project implementation period is August 1, 2026, to July 15, 2027.
2. Priority for funding will be given to plans submitted by teaching units that propose improvement strategies based on graduate outcomes and employer satisfaction feedback, implement a PDCA cycle feedback mechanism, and plan to carry out high-quality career counseling programs.
3. If industry mentors are hired (preferably alumni), please attach a form detailing the mentor is areas of expertise.
4. Departments receiving funding must publish the outcomes of the career support project on their department website.
Important Notes:
1. Please submit a funding proposal to the Career Development Center before project implementation. Upon approval, the Career Development Center will notify each department to complete the fund transfer form.
2. For reimbursement, please complete the reimbursement form and submit relevant outcome materials by the 18th week of the semester following the project is conclusion.
