為推廣食農教育及永續循環理念,教育部青年發展署臺南青年志工中心將辦理「年度主題式服務方案:食農教育-實在地.食在地」,歡迎對偏鄉學童教育及食農永續議題有興趣之青年踴躍報名參與。
📌【服務內容】
本次服務以「菇類」為主題,結合食農教育與循環經濟概念,透過課程帶領學童認識菇類基礎知識、農業廢棄物再利用原理及實作體驗,進而了解資源循環與永續發展的重要性,將食農永續觀念向下扎根。

👥【招募對象】
15至35歲,對偏鄉學童教育及食農永續教育有興趣之青年志工。

擔任小隊輔及助教,協助講師進行食農教育課程,並引導學童完成「永續菇菇栽培組」手作體驗。

歡迎大家把握機會報名參與,一同透過服務實踐永續理念,陪伴學童探索食農教育的豐富內涵。 To promote food and agricultural education as well as the concept of sustainability, the Tainan Youth Volunteer Center under the Ministry of Education's Youth Development Agency will be organizing the "Annual Thematic Service Program: Food and Agricultural Education – Local Food, Local Growth." We warmly invite young volunteers who are interested in education for children in remote areas and the topic of sustainable food and agriculture to apply enthusiastically.
**Service Content**
This service initiative focuses on "mushrooms," integrating the concepts of food and agricultural education with circular economy. Through courses, participants will guide children in learning about the basics of mushrooms, the principles of reusing agricultural waste, and hands-on experiences, thereby understanding the importance of resource recycling and sustainable development. This program aims to instill the values of sustainable food and agriculture in the younger generation.
**Event Date**
June 24, 2026 (Saturday), 09:30–12:30 (Registration: 09:10–09:30)
**Event Location**
Chenggong Elementary School, Xigang District, Tainan City (A shuttle bus will be provided from Kunshan University of Science and Technology to Chenggong Elementary School)
**Target Participants**
Youth volunteers aged 15 to 35 who are interested in education for children in remote areas and sustainable food and agricultural education.
**Volunteer Responsibilities**
Participants will serve as team leaders and teaching assistants, assisting instructors in conducting food and agricultural education courses and guiding children to complete the hands-on experience of the "Sustainable Mushroom Cultivation Kit."
