各位師長、同仁及同學日安：
近期校園內發生多起財物失竊事件，為維護校園安全及保障個人財產，請全體師生提高警覺，並共同配合落實以下安全措施：
一、離開空間務必關閉門窗並上鎖
下班、下課或離開辦公室、研究室、教室及實驗室前，請確認門窗均已關閉並上鎖。
即使僅短暫離開（如裝水、如廁、影印等），亦請養成隨手鎖門習慣。
二、妥善保管個人財物
請勿將現金、皮夾、證件、筆記型電腦及其他貴重物品留置於無人看管場所。
個人重要物品請隨身攜帶或妥善保管。
三、提高警覺並落實門禁管理
遇有陌生人士於辦公區、研究室或教學區徘徊、探詢或推銷時，請主動關心並提高警覺。
進出門禁管制區域時，請勿讓不明人士尾隨進入大樓或管制空間。
門禁管制期間，進出公共區域後請隨手關閉大門，勿以石塊、紙箱等物品固定門扇開啟，避免影響門禁管制及校園安全。
四、共同維護校園安全
最後離開空間者，請協助確認公共區域門窗及電源狀況。
發現可疑人士、可疑行為或財物失竊情形，請立即通報校安中心或警衛室協助處理。

**Notice Regarding Campus Safety Measures**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
Recently, there have been several incidents of theft on campus. To safeguard campus security and protect personal property, we kindly request all members of the university community to remain vigilant and cooperate in implementing the following safety measures:
1. **Ensure Doors and Windows Are Closed and Locked**
Before leaving the office, laboratory, classroom, or any other space, please confirm that all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Even for brief absences (such as fetching water, using the restroom, or making copies), please develop the habit of locking the door upon departure.
2. **Properly Secure Personal Belongings**
Do not leave cash, wallets, identification documents, laptops, or other valuables unattended in any area.
Please carry important personal items with you or store them securely.
3. **Maintain Vigilance and Adhere to Access Control Procedures**
If you notice unfamiliar individuals loitering, inquiring, or attempting to sell items in office areas, laboratories, or teaching spaces, please show concern and remain alert.
When entering or exiting access-controlled areas, do not allow unknown individuals to follow you into the building or restricted spaces.
During access control periods, please ensure that the main entrance to public areas is closed after you have entered or exited. Avoid using objects such as stones or boxes to prop open doors, as this may compromise access control and campus safety.
4. **Work Together to Maintain Campus Safety**
The last person to leave a space should assist in checking that all doors and windows in public areas are closed and that all electrical equipment is turned off.
If you encounter suspicious individuals, suspicious behavior, or notice any theft, please immediately report the incident to the Campus Safety Center or the Security Office for assistance.
