一、海洋是地球的肺，每一次浪潮的起伏，都是大海深沉的呼吸。為深化海洋保育理念，本競賽以「尋找海的呼吸」為核心，號召全臺影像創作者透過鏡頭捕捉海洋的律動與希望。期待以影像媒介點燃大眾對海洋議題的共鳴，從「親海、知海」進而轉化為守護大海的「愛海」行動，讓海洋的呼吸聲在數位時代中持續迴響。爰此，本署於115年度推動旨揭活動，廣邀全民共同參與，透過創意影音方式參與海洋保育行動。
二、旨揭活動拍攝主題以「重新定位你與海洋的關係」，分為中小組、高中組、大專組、社會組、AI組及專業組競賽，報名期間自即日起至115年8月21日止，活動總獎金為新臺幣70萬元整。

**Announcement: Ocean Conservation Photography and Video Competition**
The ocean is the Earth's lungs, and every ebb and flow of the waves represents the deep breath of the sea. To deepen the concept of ocean conservation, this competition centers on the theme "Finding the Ocean's Breath," inviting all image creators across Taiwan to capture the rhythm and hope of the ocean through their lenses. We aim to ignite public resonance with ocean-related issues through visual media, transforming the journey from "Caring for the Ocean" and "Understanding the Ocean" into a proactive "Loving the Ocean" movement. Let the sound of the ocean's breath continue to echo in the digital age. Therefore, this office is promoting this activity in the 115th academic year, inviting everyone to participate creatively in ocean conservation efforts.
The competition's shooting theme is "Repositioning Your Relationship with the Ocean," divided into the following categories: Junior High Group, Senior High Group, College and University Group, Social Group, AI Group, and Professional Group. The registration period runs from today until August 21, 115th academic year. The total prize money for the competition is NT$700,000.
