115學年度第1學期 高中職免學費補助說明（含五專前三年）
一、補助金額與方式：補助金額為18,890元，將直接於學雜費單中扣除，顯示項目為「免學費」。
二、補助對象：具有本國國籍，且學籍經核備在案之高中職（含五專前三年）在學學生。
※本學期五專一年級及五專二年級方可申請
三、 申請限制與注意事項：
1. 不得重複請領其他教育部或政府機關補助（如就學補助、其他部會補助等）。
2. 若重複請領，將須繳回補助金額。
3. 若學生曾申請過類似補助，則本次免學費補助不符合資格，須自行繳回。
四、操作說明：
◎學生可於學生資訊系統 → 處理事項中，操作是否放棄此項補助。
◎若不欲接受補助，請於系統中選擇「放棄」。
◎若選擇「不放棄」，此項目將不會持續出現在「處理事項」中。
五、提醒事項：各項獎助學金與補助不得同時請領，請確認自身補助狀況以避免重複。

Notice on Tuition Waiver for High School and Vocational College Students in the 115 Academic Year, First Semester (Including the First Three Years of Five-Year Vocational Programs)
I. Amount and Method of Waiver:
The tuition waiver amount is NT$18,890, which will be directly deducted from the tuition and miscellaneous fees invoice. The item will be listed as "Tuition Waiver."
II. Eligibility:
Students who are citizens of the Republic of China and whose enrollment status has been officially verified at the high school, vocational college, or in the first three years of a five-year vocational program.
※ Students in the first and second years of the five-year vocational program are eligible to apply for this semester.
III. Restrictions and Notes:
1. Students cannot concurrently receive other subsidies from the Ministry of Education or government agencies (such as the Student Assistance Program or subsidies from other government departments).
2. If a student is found to have received duplicate subsidies, the tuition waiver amount will need to be returned.
3. If a student has previously applied for a similar subsidy, they will not be eligible for this tuition waiver and must pay the fees themselves.
IV. Operational Instructions:
◎ Students can choose whether to accept or waive this subsidy through the Student Information System under the "Pending Matters" section.
◎ If a student does not wish to accept the subsidy, they should select "Waive" in the system.
◎ If "Not Waive" is selected, this item will no longer appear in the "Pending Matters" section.
V. Reminder:
Students cannot concurrently receive multiple scholarships, assistantships, or subsidies. Please confirm your subsidy status to avoid duplication.
