一、依據文化部115年6月12日文影字第11530154132號函轉行政院115年5月21日院臺打詐字第1155010562號函辦理。
二、近期黃牛票詐騙案件頻傳,受害族群以參與演唱會、藝文展演活動之民眾為主,其中大專校院學生為相關詐騙案件之高風險接觸族群。
三、為提升同學辨識相關詐騙手法能力及防詐意識,請本校各教學與行政單位協助於115年7月1日至7月15日間運用學校網站、社群媒體、電子公告欄、校園資訊系統或其他適當管道,刊登防詐宣導資訊,擴大宣導效益,檔案請至雲端下載(https://short.moc.gov.tw/s/sqb8cuu)。

I. This announcement is made in accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Culture, dated June 12, 2026, under reference number Wen Ying Zi No. 11530154132, which was forwarded from the Executive Yuan, dated May 21, 2026, under reference number Yuan Tai Da Zha Zi No. 1155010562.
II. Recently, there has been a surge in fraudulent activities involving scalping tickets. The primary victims of these incidents are members of the public attending concerts and cultural performances, with university and college students being identified as a high-risk group for encountering such scams.
III. To enhance students ability to recognize these fraudulent practices and raise their awareness of scam prevention, we kindly request all academic and administrative units within the university to assist in disseminating anti-fraud awareness information through appropriate channels such as the university website, social media platforms, electronic bulletin boards, campus information systems, or other suitable methods between July 1, 2026, and July 15, 2026.
