一、依教育部115年4月27日臺教資(二)字第1152700993號函，委託本校執行旨揭計畫。
二、本計畫旨在建構培育資安菁英人才之優良健全環境，厚植我國資安實力。為培育符合產業需求之資安菁英人才，本計畫推動資安實務導師(Mentor)制度，結合國內業界與學界師資，以師徒制的方式傳授資安實務技術與資安競賽經驗，培育我國具資安技術實務能力的人才與國際級資安競賽選手。
三、AIS3好厲駭學員培訓期程為期1年(115年9月至116年8月)，於培訓期間需具備本國籍之高中職生、大專校院學生及研究生在學身分者皆可報名參加。

**Announcement Regarding the Implementation of the Talent Cultivation Program for Information Security**
**I. Implementation of the Program**
In accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Education, dated April 27, 2026, under the reference number 1152700993, our university has been entrusted with the execution of this program.
**II. Program Objectives**
The primary goal of this program is to establish a robust and supportive environment for cultivating elite information security (InfoSec) talent, thereby strengthening Taiwan's overall capabilities in this field. To meet the demands of the industry, the program introduces a mentorship system that combines expertise from both the private sector and academia. Through a master-apprentice approach, participants will be trained in practical InfoSec skills and gain valuable experience in InfoSec competitions, ultimately developing a pool of skilled professionals and international-level competitors.
**III. Program Duration and Eligibility**
The AIS3 Elite InfoSec Training Program will run for a period of one year, from September 2026 to August 2027. All high school, college, and graduate students who are currently enrolled and hold Taiwanese citizenship are eligible to apply during the training period.
**IV. Application Period and Method**
Applications for the program will be accepted from June 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, at 6:00 PM. All applicants must register online via the following link: https://forms.gle/yh29cbEQWxasN7qs8.
