一、財團法人國際合作發展基金會自民國85年成立以來，長期投入國際合作與發展工作，運用技術合作、人道援助、教育訓練及投融資等多元工具，於農業、公衛醫療、資通訊、中小企業、教育、環境及婦女賦權等領域累積實務成果，協助友邦與友好國家推動永續發展，展現臺灣在全球發展合作之角色與價值。
二、今(115)年適逢本會成立30周年，為深化青年世代對國際開發援助議題之理解與參與，特辦理旨揭活動，採全國海選方式，遴選優秀青年赴本會海外技術團見習，並拍攝《我的國合會見習日記—30周年紀念特輯》。該節目為本會原創製作之援外實境紀錄節目，以青年視角呈現臺灣援外工作第一線現場，廣受社會關注與好評。本次活動將透過青年實地參與與影音紀錄，讓國際發展議題走進校園，並將見習歷程轉化為可長期傳播之內容成果。
三、本次甄選對象為全國大學及研究所在學學生（不含在職專班），具中華民國國籍且年齡30歲以下者。徵選分初選、複選及決選三階段辦理，入選者將接受培訓後赴海外見習。
四、活動報名期間自115年6月1日起至7月5日止，歡迎符合資格之學生踴躍報名參加，親赴海外技術團見習並參與紀念特輯拍攝。請至本活動專頁( https://www.icdf-30th-campus.org.tw/ )完成線上報名及查閱甄選辦法與相關資訊。
一、Since its establishment in 1996, the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) has been actively engaged in international cooperation and development initiatives. Utilizing diverse tools such as technical cooperation, humanitarian aid, education and training, and investment and financing, the ICDF has accumulated practical achievements in various fields, including agriculture, public health and medical care, information and communication technology, small and medium enterprises, education, environment, and women's empowerment. These efforts have supported friendly countries in advancing sustainable development, highlighting Taiwan's role and value in global development cooperation.
二、This year marks the 30th anniversary of the ICDF's founding. To deepen the understanding and participation of the younger generation in international development assistance, we are organizing the aforementioned event. Through a nationwide selection process, outstanding young individuals will be chosen to participate in an internship with the ICDF's overseas technical teams and to contribute to the production of the documentary series "My ICDF Internship Diary—30th Anniversary Special Edition." This program, originally created by the ICDF, offers a reality-based record of Taiwan's frontline development work from a youth perspective and has garnered significant public attention and acclaim. This event aims to bring international development issues into campuses by engaging youth in on-site participation and video documentation, transforming their internship experiences into long-lasting content.
三、The selection targets undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in universities and research institutions across Taiwan (excluding part-time programs). Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China and under the age of 30. The selection process consists of three stages: preliminary selection, semifinal selection, and final selection. Selected candidates will undergo training before embarking on their overseas internships.
四、The registration period for the event runs from June 1, 2026, to July 5, 2026. Qualified students are warmly invited to register and participate enthusiastically. They will have the opportunity to intern with the ICDF's overseas technical teams and contribute to the filming of the anniversary special edition.
