一、招訓對象：
(一)設籍、居住或就學於臺中市15-24歲之青少年。
(二)設籍、居住或就學於臺中市15-24歲之特定身分青少年優先，特定對象資格者需符合下列條件之一：
1、依據就業服務法第24條相關身分別規定。
2、獨力負擔家計者子女。
3、父或母曾於113年至115年間申領失業給付，報名截止前一日尚在失業中。
4、父或母曾於113年至115年遭遇職業災害，報名截止前一日尚在失業中。
5、經核定通過「大專校院弱勢學生計畫」之大專青年。
二、參訓費用：
(一)本課程無須支付費用。
(二)學員每人預收保證金新臺幣1,000元，課程結束後，參訓時數達15小時(含)以上，於結訓當日全數無息退還。

I. Eligibility:
(1) Youth aged 15–24 who are registered residents, residents, or students in Taichung City.
(2) Priority will be given to youth aged 15–24 who are registered residents, residents, or students in Taichung City and fall under specific categories. To qualify as a specific category, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
1. As defined by Article 24 of the Employment Services Act.
2. Children of individuals who are the sole breadwinners of their households.
3. Children whose father or mother claimed unemployment benefits between 2024 and 2026 and was still unemployed as of the day before the application deadline.
4. Children whose father or mother suffered a work-related injury between 2024 and 2026 and was still unemployed as of the day before the application deadline.
5. College students approved under the “Program for Disadvantaged Students in Higher Education Institutions.”
II. Training Fees:
(1) There is no fee for this course.
(2) A deposit of NT$1,000 per participant will be collected in advance. Upon completion of the course, if the participant has attended 15 hours or more of training, the full amount will be refunded without interest on the day of course completion.
