一、依據114年6月20日原民教字第11400286471號令修正之「原住民族委員會獎助大專校院原住民學生實施要點」辦理。
二、大專校院辦理獎助學金審查,應召開審查會議,並作成審查會議紀錄備查。前項獎助學金審查,應以前一學期班級排名換算百分比排序擇優核發獎助學金。
三、依「原住民族委員會大專校院原住民學生獎助學金實施要點」第六點規定,獲得助學金之同學,應協助校務服務或參與經學校同意之部落服務,累計完成 24 小時服務學習時數後,始得支領助學金。
1、請於115.09.30前完成24小時服務學習時數。
2、相關履行方式及時數抵免方案,請參閱本校郵件通知之「114-2 原民會助學金履行 24 小時服務時數流程」,內含多項可抵免 24 小時服務時數之方案,請同學自行參考與申請。
3、有關前揭要點第六點所稱「經學校同意之部落服務」,本校於本獎助學金服務時數認列上,僅採認由本校辦理之部落服務活動。 **Announcement Regarding the Implementation of the Indigenous Student Scholarship and Assistance Program**
**I. Implementation Basis**
This program is conducted in accordance with the revised "Implementation Guidelines for Scholarships and Assistance for Indigenous Students in Higher Education Institutions" issued by the Council for Indigenous Peoples under Order No. 11400286471 dated June 20, 2025.
**II. Review Process for Scholarships and Assistance**
Higher education institutions must convene a review meeting to evaluate scholarship and assistance applications and prepare a meeting record for reference. The selection of scholarship recipients should be based on the percentage ranking derived from the previous semester's class performance, with priority given to those with the highest rankings.
**III. Service Hours Requirement for Assistance Recipients**
According to Article 6 of the "Implementation Guidelines for Scholarships and Assistance for Indigenous Students in Higher Education Institutions," students who receive assistance must participate in campus service or tribal service activities approved by the university. A total of 24 service-learning hours must be completed before the assistance can be disbursed.
1. Please complete 24 service-learning hours by September 30, 2026.
2. For details on the fulfillment methods and credit options for the 24 service hours, please refer to the "Process for Completing 24 Service Hours for Indigenous Student Assistance (114-2)" included in the university's email notification. This document outlines various credit options for the 24 service hours. Students are encouraged to review and apply for the applicable options.
3. Regarding the "tribal service activities approved by the university" mentioned in Article 6 of the aforementioned guidelines, the university will only recognize tribal service activities organized by the university itself for credit toward the 24 service hours requirement.
