【代公告】115學年度全國學生美術比賽實施要點
一、依教育部115年6月8日臺教師(一)字第1150055517號函辦理。
二、將於115年10月18日前於本比賽專網公告是否試辦現場創作；如須試辦現場創作，將一併公告試辦類組、簡章、時間、地點。
三、請加強宣導參賽學生及指導老師落實正確的智財觀念與創作態度，詳閱要點參賽規則，了解相關創作參賽責任，不得侵犯他人著作權或有臨摹、抄襲、代筆或明確挪用他人創意等違反比賽規則之情事。
四、旨揭要點可逕自本館全國學生美術比賽官網（https://web.arte.gov.tw/nsac/index_news.aspx）最新消息或「實施要點」專區下載。
**Guidelines for the 115th National Student Art Competition**
In accordance with the directive issued by the Ministry of Education on June 8, 2026, under the reference number 1150055517, the following guidelines are established for the 115th National Student Art Competition.
The competition will announce by October 18, 2026, whether an on-site creation trial will be implemented. If such a trial is conducted, the relevant categories, guidelines, schedule, and venue will be published concurrently.
Participants and their supervising teachers are urged to adhere strictly to proper intellectual property concepts and creative attitudes. All entrants should carefully review the competition rules and understand their responsibilities regarding originality. Any infringement of copyright, acts of imitation, plagiarism, ghostwriting, or the clear appropriation of others' creative ideas are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
