一、面對氣候及環境變遷、社會包容性等未知的挑戰,聯合國17項永續發展目標 (SDGs) 不再只是課本上的名詞,而是需要被看見的日常實踐。本活動鼓勵學生走入真實生活場域,透過鏡頭進行深刻的生態觀察與紀實。為此,財團法人中鼎教育基金會特辦理「2026 鏡頭裡的綠色行動」,透過直式短影音的創意競賽,鼓勵參賽者以各種設備進行生活化紀實或影像創作。期許協助參賽者建構具備深度觀察之自主學習成果,並透過深入的環境視角將數位影像轉化為具實質影響力的綠色行動,進而培育具備永續思維與領導力之未來領袖。
二、本專案重點特色如下:
(一) 從校園、社區或日常生活中,找出值得關注的環境變遷或永續實踐議題。
(二) 運用多元影像體裁展現對地球的守護與洞察。
(三) 透過社群平台發揮影像感染力,將數位作品轉化為具實質影響力的綠色行動。
三、活動資訊摘要:
(一)報名資訊:即日起至2026年7月27日(星期一)17:00止(各組別120隊為限,額滿即止),本活動僅「線上網路」報名(報名連結:https://forms.office.com/r/URRM4JvPUt)。
(二)報名資格:各組別以報名日期當下仍為在學學生為認定標準。
1.國中組: 國內公私立國民中學之在學學生。
2.高中職組: 國內公私立高級中等學校之在學學生(含五專前三年)。
3.大專院校組:國內公私立大專校院之在學學生(含碩、博士班及五專後兩年)。
(三)重要時程:
1.線上報名:即日起至2026年7月27日(一) 17:00截止
2.增能工作坊暨線上說明會:2026年6月6日(六)舉辦,業師將講授剪輯技巧,工作坊結束後將進行活動規則說明。
3.報名繳件:請於2026年8月31日(一)17:00前,將以下附件上傳至指定上傳區,方視為完成報名繳件。
4.入圍公佈:2026年9月21日(一) 於官網及粉絲專頁公告。得獎隊伍學生全員須參加成果發表會暨頒獎典禮。
5.最佳人氣獎票選:2026年9月23日(三)至2026年10月8日(四)(共十六日)。

**I. Introduction**
In response to the unpredictable challenges posed by climate change, environmental shifts, and social inclusivity, the United Nations i 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are no longer mere textbook concepts but require tangible, everyday practice. This initiative encourages students to engage with real-life environments and conduct profound ecological observations and documentary work through the lens of their cameras. The Chung-Dung Education Foundation has specially organized the "Green Actions Through the Lens" competition, inviting participants to submit creative vertical short videos using various devices for life-documentary or visual storytelling. The aim is to assist students in constructing self-directed learning outcomes grounded in deep observation, and to transform digital imagery into impactful green actions through insightful environmental perspectives. Ultimately, this event seeks to cultivate future leaders equipped with sustainable thinking and leadership skills.
**II. Key Features of the Project**
- Identify pressing issues related to environmental change or sustainable practices within the campus, community, or daily life.
- Utilize diverse visual formats to showcase dedication and insight into protecting the Earth.
- Leverage social media platforms to amplify the influence of visual works, converting digital creations into meaningful green actions.
**III. Event Information Summary**
1. **Registration Details**: Open from today until 17:00 on Monday, July 27, 2026 (limited to 120 teams per category; registration closes once capacity is reached). Registration is conducted exclusively online.

2. **Eligibility**: Participants must be currently enrolled students as of the registration date.
- Junior High School Category: Currently enrolled students at public or private junior high schools in Taiwan.
- Senior High School and Vocational School Category: Currently enrolled students at public or private senior high schools and vocational schools in Taiwan (including the first three years of five-year vocational colleges).
- College and University Category: Currently enrolled students at public or private colleges and universities in Taiwan (including master is and doctoral students, as well as the last two years of five-year vocational colleges).
3. **Important Schedule**:
- Online Registration: Open from today until 17:00 on Monday, July 27, 2026.
- Capacity-Building Workshop and Online Briefing: Held on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Industry experts will provide instruction on video editing techniques, followed by an explanation of the competition rules after the workshop concludes.
- Submission of Entries: Participants must upload the required attachments to the designated submission area by 17:00 on Monday, August 31, 2026, to complete their registration and submission.
- Announcement of Finalists: Results will be published on the official website and Facebook page on Monday, September 21, 2026. All members of the winning teams are required to attend the results presentation and award ceremony.
- Popular Vote for Best Video: Open from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Thursday, October 8, 2026 (a total of 16 days).
