國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會 - 檢送本會碩博士論文補助及奬勵試辦計畫宣導資訊，請惠予公告周知，請查照。
說明：
一、本會試辦碩博士論文補助及奬勵，鼓勵碩博士研究生撰寫學位論文時，針對本會就學就業職訓等措施，進行深度研究與創新建議，以精進輔導措施。
二、旨揭計畫預定116年試辦(受理申請)，要點如下：
(一)申請時間：
１、研究補助：每年3月1日至3月31日。
２、論文奬勵：每年9月1日至9月30日。
(二)研究主題：退除役官兵就學就業職訓等相關議題。
(三)補助及奬勵金額：
１、研究補助：
(１)碩士：新臺幣(以下同)2萬5千元。
(２)博士：5萬元。
２、論文奬勵：
(１)碩士：5萬元。
(２)博士：10萬元。
**Announcement**
The Veterans Affairs Council (VAC) is pleased to provide information regarding the pilot program for Master's and Doctoral Thesis Subsidies and Incentives. We kindly request your assistance in disseminating this information to all relevant parties.
**Explanation:**
1. The VAC is initiating a pilot program to subsidize and incentivize Master's and Doctoral thesis research. This initiative aims to encourage graduate students to conduct in-depth studies and propose innovative suggestions related to the VAC's educational, employment, and vocational training measures, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of these programs.
2. The pilot program is scheduled to commence in the year 116 (accepting applications), with the following key points:
- **Application Period:**
- **Research Subsidy:** From March 1 to March 31 annually.
- **Thesis Incentive:** From September 1 to September 30 annually.
- **Research Topics:** Issues related to the education, employment, and vocational training of retired military personnel.
- **Subsidy and Incentive Amounts:**

- **Master's Degree:** NT$25,000.
- **Doctoral Degree:** NT$50,000.
