各位同學大家好：
暑假留宿申請作業已截止，目前仍有暑修及未在期限內申請的同學有留宿需求，故開放補申請作業，除暑修同學外其餘補申請者一律以扣點10點方式辦理，若不同意扣點將取消申請，作業如下：
壹、 補申請作業時間：115年6月9日至6月25日中午12時00分（暑修依教務處期程辦理）。
貳、 申請方式：
一、 登錄學生資訊系統「住宿類別」。
二、 「宿舍編號」（目前所在校區）。
三、 「住宿起始日」輸入起迄日：
例：需要留宿日期7月7日至17日
住宿申請:7月6日至18日，18日12時前離舍，費用只收到前一日晚上。
四、 「上傳證明」（一律上傳留宿證明單，未上傳者將以退件辦理）
補申請期間若未上傳證明或填寫錯誤將不再受理。
參、 繳費期限至115年6月26日下午12時截止。
肆、 繳費方式：出納組現場繳費、儲值機繳費或線上多元支付。
伍、 注意事項：
一、 本次為最後補申請，之後不會再開放，請同學把握這次機會。
二、 其他未盡事宜，按宿舍相關規定辦理，如有相關疑問，請洽詢：

Dear Students,
The application period for summer accommodation has now closed. However, there are still students who have accommodation needs, including those attending summer courses and those who did not apply within the original deadline. Therefore, a supplementary application process is being opened. For students not attending summer courses, all supplementary applications will be processed with a deduction of 10 points. If you do not agree to this point deduction, your application will be canceled. The process is as follows:
**I. Supplementary Application Period:**
From June 9, 2026, to June 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM (summer course students will follow the schedule set by the Academic Affairs Office).
**II. Application Method:**
1. Log in to the Student Information System and select "Accommodation Category."
2. Enter the "Dormitory Number" (the campus where you are currently located).
3. Input the "Accommodation Start and End Dates":
- Example: If you need accommodation from July 7 to July 17, enter the application period as July 6 to July 18. You must vacate the dormitory by 12:00 PM on July 18. The accommodation fee will be charged only up to the night before July 18.
4. Upload the "Proof of Accommodation" (only the accommodation proof form is accepted; applications without uploaded proof will be rejected).
Supplementary applications without uploaded proof or with incorrect information will not be accepted.
**III. Payment Deadline:**
Payment must be completed by June 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
**IV. Payment Methods:**
Payment can be made in person at the Cashier is Office, via a recharge machine, or through online payment.
**V. Notes:**
1. This is the final opportunity for supplementary applications. No further applications will be accepted after this period. Please take advantage of this chance.
