一、依據農業部115年補助「優化實驗動物成效管理與數位學習機制推動計畫」（編號：115農科-2.6.2-動-01）辦理。
二、為因應國際動物實驗替代趨勢快速發展，以及新興替代科技逐步進入法規與產業應用階段，本會規劃辦理「動物實驗替代成果暨輔導說明會」，邀集相關領域專家學者分享我國3R替代科技、新興替代方法及精緻化管理之推動成果與實務經驗。
三、本次說明會規劃北部、南部及中部共3場次，活動時間及地點如下：
(一)北部場次
1、時間：115年6月24日（星期三）下午1時30分至5時
2、地址：集思北科大會議中心3F 艾爾法廳（台北市大安區忠孝東路三段1號；億光大樓3樓）
(二)南部場次
1、時間：115年6月30日（星期二）下午1時30分至5時
2、地址：國立成功大學光復校區國際會議廳B1 第三演講廳（台南市東區大學路1號）
(三)中部場次
1、時間：115年7月13日（星期一）下午1時30分至5時
2、地址：集思台中新烏日會議中心3F 巴本廳（台中市烏日區高鐵東一路26號；台鐵新烏日站3樓）
四、全程參與並完成簽到及簽退程序者，將協助登錄公務人員終身學習時數3小時，並提供「動物實驗管理訓練」結業證書，作為IACUC訓練時數3小時之證明；實際時數核給及證書認列，依各單位相關規定辦理。

I. This announcement is based on the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's 2026 Grant for the "Optimization of Experimental Animal Management and Digital Learning Mechanism Implementation Project" (Grant No.: 2026-2.6.2-Animals-01).
II. In response to the rapid development of international trends towards alternatives to animal experimentation, and as emerging alternative technologies gradually enter regulatory and industrial application phases, this association has planned to hold the "Alternatives to Animal Experimentation Results and Guidance Seminar." Experts and scholars in relevant fields will be invited to share the achievements and practical experiences of promoting 3R alternative technologies, new alternative methods, and refined management practices in Taiwan.
III. This seminar will be held in three sessions in the northern, southern, and central regions. The schedule and venues are as follows:
(1) Northern Session
1. Time: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM on June 24, 2026 (Tuesday)
2. Venue: Alpha Hall, 3rd Floor, National Taipei University of Technology Conference Center (No. 1, Section 3, Chung-Hsiao East Road, Da ian District, Taipei City; 3rd Floor, Yiguang Building)
(2) Southern Session
1. Time: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM on June 30, 2026 (Monday)
2. Venue: Third Lecture Hall, B1, International Conference Hall, National Cheng Kung University (No. 1, University Road, East District, Tainan City)
(3) Central Session
1. Time: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM on July 13, 2026 (Wednesday)
2. Venue: Babel Hall, 3rd Floor, Taichung Convention Center, New Wuri Branch (No. 26, High-Speed Rail East Road, Wuri District, Taichung City; 3rd Floor, New Wuri Station, Taiwan Railways)
IV. Participants who attend the entire seminar and complete the check-in and check-out procedures will be assisted in registering for 3 hours of lifelong learning credits for civil servants. Additionally, a certificate of completion for the "Animal Experiment Management Training" will be provided, which can serve as proof of 3 hours of IACUC training credits. The actual credit allocation and certificate recognition will be subject to the relevant regulations of each participating unit.
