一、課程緣起
本研習課程旨在強化職輔人員及導師職涯輔導知能，透過「評量工具在生涯規劃中的角色與自我覺察保持心左」協助職涯輔導人員與導師更有效地支持學生進行職涯探索及職涯規劃。

I. Background of the Course
This workshop aims to enhance the career counseling competencies of career counselors and homeroom teachers. Through the topics “The Role of Assessment Tools in Career Planning” and “Maintaining Self-Awareness,” it will assist career counselors and homeroom teachers in more effectively supporting students in their career exploration and planning.
