 主  旨  期末各班教室教室清潔大掃除,請於115年6月20日(週六)前完成Final classroom cleaning for each class, please complete before June 20, 2026 (Saturday).
 內  容 
一、學期已逐漸步入尾聲,暑假即將來臨,為讓校園及教室有一個乾淨空間,請各班同學
  完成「期末教室清潔大掃除」。`

二、期末教室清潔大掃除應注意事項:
(一)打掃期間:115年6月20日(週六)前完成,請各班自訂時間。
    
(二)打掃重點:
  1.教室空間雜物清空,暑假教室提供營隊及各項活動使用,未清空物品將按資源回收
   物處理。
  2.一樓窗戶必須擦乾淨。
  3.講台、桌椅擦拭乾淨及排放整齊。
  4.黑板及板溝必須擦拭清潔。
  5.地面必須掃淨及拖地。
(三)檢查應注意事項:
  打掃後該班服務幹事拍下期末大掃除之打掃前、打掃中、打掃後之照片各一張,
email至生輔組陳秋燕校安(yen0803@gms.tcu.edu.tw )。
  
三、感恩各位同學共同許教室一個清潔,更感恩各位服務幹事認真執行,也請各班導師及
  授課師長共同引領同學:重視教室清潔、用鼓掌雙手落實垃圾減量資源回收。
  
四、離開教室隨手關閉電源關門窗,共同支持減碳運動,讓地球更美好。

五、再次提醒同學教室務必清空,私人物品請攜回,物品遺失學校不負保管及賠償責任。

**Announcement: End-of-Term Classroom Cleaning Campaign**

As the academic term draws to a close and summer vacation approaches, in order to ensure a clean and tidy campus and classrooms for upcoming activities and training camps, all classes are kindly requested to complete the "End-of-Term Classroom Cleaning Campaign."

**Important Guidelines for the End-of-Term Classroom Cleaning Campaign:**

1. **Cleaning Period:**
Please complete the cleaning before June 20, 2026 (Saturday). Each class may schedule its own cleaning time.

2. **Cleaning Focus Areas:**
- Clear all personal belongings and clutter from the classroom. Classrooms will be used for training camps and various activities during the summer vacation. Any uncollected items will be treated as recyclable waste.
- Ensure that all windows on the first floor are thoroughly cleaned.
- Wipe down and organize the podium, desks, and chairs.
- Clean the blackboard and its grooves thoroughly.
- Sweep and mop the floor to ensure it is spotless.

3. **Inspection Guidelines:**
After the cleaning, the service officer of each class is required to take one photo each of the classroom before, during, and after the cleaning process. These photos should be emailed to the Campus Safety Office, Ms. Chiu-Yen Chen (yen0803@gms.tcu.edu.tw).

We sincerely appreciate all students for their efforts in maintaining a clean classroom environment. We are especially grateful to the service officers for their diligent work. We also kindly request all class advisors and instructors to guide students in valuing classroom cleanliness and actively participating in waste reduction and recycling efforts.

Please remember to turn off all electrical appliances and close doors and windows when leaving the classroom. Together, let us support the carbon reduction initiative and contribute to a better planet.

We would like to remind all students once again to ensure that their classrooms are completely cleared of personal items. The university will not be responsible for lost or unclaimed belongings.
