115學年度第1學期 高中職免學費補助說明（含五專前三年）
一、補助金額與方式：補助金額為18,890元，將直接於學雜費單中扣除，顯示項目為「免學費」。
二、補助對象：具有本國國籍，且學籍經核備在案之高中職（含五專前三年）在學學生。
※本學期五專一年級及五專二年級方可申請
三、 申請限制與注意事項：
1. 不得重複請領其他教育部或政府機關補助（如就學補助、其他部會補助等）。
2. 若重複請領，將須繳回補助金額。
3. 若學生曾申請過類似補助，則本次免學費補助不符合資格，須自行繳回。
四、操作說明：
◎學生可於學生資訊系統 → 處理事項中，操作是否放棄此項補助。
◎若不欲接受補助，請於系統中選擇「放棄」。
◎若選擇「不放棄」，此項目將不會持續出現在「處理事項」中。
五、提醒事項：各項獎助學金與補助不得同時請領，請確認自身補助狀況以避免重複。

Notice Regarding the Free Tuition Assistance Program for High School and Vocational College Students in the First Semester of Academic Year 115 (Including the First Three Years of Five-Year College Programs)
I. Assistance Amount and Method:
The assistance amount is NT$18,890, which will be directly deducted from the tuition and miscellaneous fees invoice, with the item listed as "Free Tuition."
II. Eligibility:
Students who are citizens of Taiwan and whose enrollment status has been officially verified at the university is high school, vocational college, or the first three years of a five-year college program.
※ Students in the first and second years of the five-year college program are eligible to apply for this semester.
III. Application Restrictions and Precautions:
1. Students cannot apply for this assistance if they have already received other subsidies from the Ministry of Education or government agencies (such as the Student Assistance Program or subsidies from other departments).
2. If a student is found to have received duplicate subsidies, they will be required to return the assistance amount.
3. If a student has previously applied for a similar subsidy, they are not eligible for this free tuition assistance and must pay the tuition fees themselves.
IV. Operational Instructions:
◎ Students can choose whether to accept or waive this assistance through the Student Information System under "Pending Matters."
◎ If a student does not wish to accept the assistance, they should select "Waive" in the system.
◎ If a student chooses "Do Not Waive," this item will no longer appear in "Pending Matters."
V. Reminder:
Students cannot apply for multiple scholarships or subsidies simultaneously. Please confirm your current subsidy status to avoid duplication.
