一、為推動苗栗縣兒童參與式預算，本府今年舉辦「115年度苗栗縣工商業智慧節電計畫暨兒童參與式預算推廣活動」，其中針對大專院校學生辦理「我是孩子王」協力青年夥伴培訓課程，邀請青年夥伴學習參與式預算、兒童帶領技巧等課程，並進而成為本計畫之兒童輔導員，體驗公部門創新公共治理和社會服務，先予敘明。
二、本課程除可協助學生累積兒童帶領、活動執行及公共議題參與之實務經驗，亦可了解公部門推動創新公共治理與社會服務之實際運作，適合對教育推廣、永續議題、公共參與、兒少陪伴及活動企劃有興趣之學生報名參加。
三、課程資訊如下：

I. To promote children's participatory budgeting in Miaoli County, the Miaoli County Government is hosting the "115 Miaoli County Industry and Commerce Smart Energy Saving Plan and Children's Participatory Budgeting Promotion Event" this year. As part of this initiative, a "King of Kids" Collaborative Youth Partner Training Course is being offered to university and college students. This course invites young participants to learn about participatory budgeting, children's leadership skills, and more, with the aim of becoming child counselors for this project. Through this experience, students will gain insight into innovative public governance and social services within the government sector. The details are as follows.
II. This course not only helps students accumulate practical experience in children's leadership, event execution, and participation in public issues but also provides an understanding of the actual operations of government agencies in promoting innovative public governance and social services. It is suitable for students interested in educational promotion, sustainability issues, public participation, child companionship, and event planning to register and participate.
