**Application Period:** From today until September 21. Applications must be submitted in person; late submissions will not be accepted.

**Application Documents:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not provide any additional proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection as well as energy conservation.
**Note:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please do not submit your application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected.
**Incomplete or Missing Documents:** Applications with incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all materials before resubmitting.
