說明：(請詳閱附件計畫徵求說明)
1.申請案經歐盟審查成案者，依據「成功參與歐盟跨國團隊科研暨創新計畫」方案（附件），得至國科會網站線上提出「專題類隨到隨審之雙邊協議專案型國際合作計畫（Joint Call）」申請案。
2.計畫主持人同年度執行本會「雙邊協議國際合作計畫」件數至多以2件為限。
**Announcement: Call for Proposals for the Fourth Phase of the TRANSCAN Cancer Translation Program (TRANSCAN-4) – Joint Call with the European Union**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is pleased to announce that it is jointly soliciting proposals for the 2026 Fourth Phase of the TRANSCAN Cancer Translation Program (TRANSCAN-4) with the European Union. Applications must be submitted through the European Union is online application system by July 21, 2026. Please refer to the attached guidelines for detailed information.
**Details:**
1. For proposals that are approved by the European Union, applicants may submit an application for the "Bilateral Agreement Special Project-Type International Cooperation Program (Joint Call)" online via the NSTC website, in accordance with the "Scheme for Successful Participation in EU Multinational Team Research and Innovation Programs" (see attachment).
2. Principal investigators are limited to a maximum of two projects under the NSTC is "Bilateral Agreement International Cooperation Program" in the same year. |
