一、各單位如需提出114學年度第2學期獎勵或懲處建議，請務必依下列程序提出，以免造
成同學權益受損。
(一)依本校「學生獎懲建議」，已系統化，請師長上「慈濟大學校務資訊」>學務處>生活輔導組>學生獎懲申請系統>申請學生獎懲
(二)受理時間：即日起115年6月18日（週四）前提出申請，逾期本學期不受理。

**Announcement Regarding the Submission of Recommendations for Rewards and Disciplinary Actions for the Second Semester of Academic Year 114**
1. **Submission Procedures for Recommendations**
All units wishing to submit recommendations for rewards or disciplinary actions for the Second Semester of Academic Year 114 are kindly requested to follow the procedures outlined below to ensure the protection of students' rights and interests.
(1) In accordance with the university's "Recommendations for Student Rewards and Disciplinary Actions," the process has been systematized. Please access the "Tzu Chi University Administrative Information System" > Student Affairs Office > Life Guidance Section > Student Rewards and Disciplinary Application System > Apply for Student Rewards and Disciplinary Actions.
(2) **Application Period:** Applications must be submitted by June 18, 2026 (Thursday). Submissions received after this date will not be accepted for this semester.
