【導師請注意】1142學期學生操行評分(非畢業班)
一、本學期非畢業班操行評分將於115年6月8日(一)開放至115年6月15日(一)中午12點關閉。
二、請各位師長至校務資訊系統>學務處>生活輔導組>新增操行成績，相關作業介面請閱附件。
有設導師之班級>>請各位導師進行評分
未設導師之班級>>請系(所)主任進行評分
三、依本校學生操行成績考核辦法，操行成績計算評定公式如下：操行成績=基本分82分＋組導師共加減1~4分＋生活輔導組教官(校安)加減1~4分＋缺曠課及獎懲加扣分（導師評分學生表現，加減滿4分須於備註說明原因）。
四、感恩老師協助，有任何疑問，請洽學務處生活輔導組-分機11203。
備註：60分以下操行不及格者，預計於期末學生獎懲委員會提案。

【Notice to Advisors】Student Conduct Evaluation for the 1142 Semester (Non-Graduating Classes)
1. The conduct evaluation for non-graduating classes in this semester will be open from Monday, June 8, 2026, to Monday, June 15, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
2. Please access the Student Affairs Information System > Student Affairs Office > Life Guidance Section > Add Conduct Scores to complete the evaluation. For reference, please see the attached document for the relevant interface.
- For classes with assigned advisors: Please conduct the evaluation as advisors.
- For classes without assigned advisors: Please conduct the evaluation as the department (program) head.
3. According to the Tzu Chi University Student Conduct Evaluation Guidelines, the calculation formula for conduct scores is as follows: Conduct Score = Base Score of 82 + Advisor Adjustment of ±1 to ±4 points + Life Guidance Section Adjustment of ±1 to ±4 points + Adjustments for Absences, Tardiness, and Rewards/Punishments. (Advisors are required to provide remarks explaining the reason for adjustments if the total adjustment reaches ±4 points.)

Note: Students with a conduct score below 60 will be proposed for discussion at the end-of-term Rewards and Punishments Committee.
