1.依據本校「慈濟大學學生班會組織與自治幹部辦法」請各班在班會課時間選出115學年上學期的班級幹部。
2.各班請於115年6月26日(星期五)前繳交新任幹部名單。
(1)請各班班代(中央與介仁校區班代)給予名單電子檔(如附件),e-mail至cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw即可。主旨請打「繳交115學年上學期班級幹部名單」
(2)建國校區部分請導師協助給予名單,e-mail至cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw,建國校區另有增設風紀股長。
(3)實習的班級可以只選出班代,依班上需求調整即可。 In accordance with the University is Regulations for Class Meeting Organization and Student Class Officers, each class is requested to elect its class officers for the first semester of Academic Year 115 during the scheduled class meeting period.
Please submit the list of newly elected class officers by June 26, 115 (Friday).
(1) Class representatives from both the Central and Jieren campuses are requested to email the electronic file of the officer list (see attached template) to cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw. Please use the subject line: "Submission of Class Officer List for the First Semester of Academic Year 115".
(2) For classes on the Jianguo Campus, advisors are requested to assist in submitting the officer list by email to cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw. Please note that the Jianguo Campus has an additional position of Discipline Officer.
(3) Classes that are currently on internship may elect only a class representative. Other officer positions may be adjusted according to the needs of the class.
