一、本課程導入實作課程，將「運動即良藥 (Exercise is Medicine)」的理念結合智慧聯網化醫療器材，由淺入深從基礎的健康管理新思維、精準運動處方(FITT)知識介紹，逐漸進入數位醫療的核心。進一步居家醫材操作體驗、進行客觀的肌力與生理數據收集、數據自動上傳雲端平台，到生成式 AI 輔助運動處方的規劃，一步步將智慧健康管理閉環進行詳細解說。
二、研習內容說明如下
(一)日期：115年8月10日(一)至115年8月12日(三)
(二)時間：上午9時至下午5時
(三)地點：弘光科技大學J棟508、601、602電腦教室
(四)研習對象：技術高中暨大專校院教師
(五)課程人數：30人

**Announcement: Workshop on Smart Health Management and Exercise Prescription**
The course introduces practical sessions that integrate the concept of "Exercise is Medicine" with smart medical devices. Starting with foundational ideas in health management and precise exercise prescription (FITT), the curriculum gradually delves into the core of digital healthcare. Participants will engage in hands-on experiences with home medical equipment, collect objective strength and physiological data, upload data to a cloud platform, and utilize generative AI to assist in planning exercise prescriptions. The course will provide a detailed explanation of the closed-loop process in smart health management.

- **Date:** August 10 (Monday) to August 12 (Wednesday), 2026
- **Time:** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- **Venue:** Computer Labs J-508, J-601, and J-602, Hong Kung University of Science and Technology
- **Target Audience:** Teachers from technical high schools and higher education institutions
- **Capacity:** 30 participants
