敬愛的教師：
一、學生網路預選課程即將於115年06月17日(星期三)開放，為了不影響學生加選科目之權益，提醒開課教師登入【iCAN教學平台】完成填寫115學年度第1學期授課科目之【課程大綱】與【協同教師】設定，操作說明參閱附件。
二、課程大綱【三大項目填寫：(1)介紹與簡介(內含新增課程屬性設定)、(2)課程要求、(3)課程進度】。
※三大項務必填寫，學生才可於選課系統及課程查詢系統中查看※
課綱填寫完畢，教師可從【課程查詢系統】查看資料呈現完整性。

三、部份課程設有修課名額上限，須等待9月份新生入學預選結束後，與舊生選課資料一起進行抽籤，正式修課名單才會轉入ICAN系統。
Dear Faculty Members,
The online course selection system for students will be opened on June 17, 2026 (Wednesday). To ensure that students i rights to add courses are not affected, we kindly remind all course instructors to log in to the [iCAN Teaching Platform] and complete the entry of the [Course Syllabus] and [Co-Instructor] settings for the courses offered in the second semester of the academic year 114. Please refer to the attached document for operational instructions.
The course syllabus must include the following three main sections: (1) Introduction and Overview (including the new course attribute settings), (2) Course Requirements, and (3) Course Schedule.
※ It is mandatory to fill in these three sections for students to view the course information in both the course selection system and the course inquiry system. ※
After completing the syllabus, instructors can check the completeness of the data presentation through the [Course Inquiry System].

Some courses have a maximum enrollment limit. The official enrollment list for these courses will be transferred to the ICAN system after the lottery process, which will take place following the completion of the new students i course selection in September. The lottery will be conducted together with the existing students i course selection data.
