一、為強化臺灣與奧地利雙方教育交流，本部115學年度持續推動旨揭獎學金計畫，已與奧地利專業高等學院簽訂合作備忘錄之大專校院，得提報旨揭獎學金申請計畫。
二、計畫執行期程自115年核定日至116年7月31日止。
三、請於115年7月3日(星期五)前備文及申請資料電子檔函送本部(louis0924@mail.moe.gov.tw)，公文副本及相關申請資料紙本1式5份至「提昇臺灣技職教育國際化工作小組」(國立臺北科技大學) ，電子檔案併送acexch@mail.ntut.edu.tw，逾時不予受理。
四、隨函檢附旨揭作業辦法及申請書格式如附件。

1. To strengthen educational exchange between Taiwan and Austria, the Ministry of Education (MOE) will continue to implement the Scholarship Program for the 2026 Academic Year. Universities and colleges that have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences are eligible to submit scholarship project proposals under this program.
2. The implementation period of the project shall commence from the approval date in 2026 and continue until July 31, 2027.
3. Applicants are requested to submit an official letter and the electronic version of the application documents to the MOE (louis0924@mail.moe.gov.tw) by July 3, 2026 (Friday). In addition, one copy of the official letter and five hard copies of the application documents should be sent to the “Task Force for Enhancing the Internationalization of Taiwan is Technological and Vocational Education” at National Taipei University of Technology. Electronic copies should also be sent to acexch@mail.ntut.edu.tw. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. The guidelines and application form templates for the scholarship program are enclosed for reference.
