需登記本校115-1學期「英文基礎級 (一) / 英文普通級 (一) / 英文進階級 (一)」或「英文基礎級 (三) / 英文普通級 (三) / 英文進階級 (三)」課程重補修或隨堂修之五專部重修生、復學生及轉學生，即日起至2026/6/29 (一) 中午12點前，請到相關網址內的Google表單填寫。完成後，外語教學中心將協助排課。

※ 此表單僅供 五專部重修生、復學生及轉學生 登記。
※ 僅受理登記「英文基礎級 (一) / 英文普通級 (一) / 英文進階級 (一)」或「英文基礎級 (三) / 英文普通級 (三) / 英文進階級 (三)」。
※ 請於開放時間內完成登記，並確認資料皆正確。
※ 未填表單而自行選課者，將予以退課，恕不另行告知。
※ 未分級過的同學請直接寄Email通知承辦人，我們將協助您進行分級測驗，以利安排上課班級。
※ 原科大四技部學生若有英文課補修需求，請自行選修「基礎英文」課程，或詢問外語中心人員。

For students who need to retake, returning students and transfer students in the five-year associate degree program, the course registration for “Basic English (I) / General English (I) / College English (I)” or “Basic English (III) / General English (III) / College English (III)” must be completed by 12:00 PM on Monday, June 29, 2026. Please access the registration form through the link below. After submission, Foreign Language Education Center will assign you to the course.

※ This registration form is exclusively for retaking students, returning students, and transfer students in the five-year associate degree program .
※ The registration form only includes “Basic English (I) / General English (I) / College English (I)” or “Basic English (III) / General English (III) / College English (III)”.
※ Please complete registration before the deadline and make sure all information is accurate.
※ Students who register independently without completing this form will be dropped from courses without further notice.
※ For students who did not take the English placement test, please send an email to the staff in charge directly. We will arrange the English placement test for you to facilitate class assignment.
※ Four-year technical program students from TCUST who need to retake English course(s) should enroll in the “Fundamental English” course. Otherwise, inquiring from the staff of Foreign Language Education Center.
