一、近年來，社群比較、AI 科技發展所引發之焦慮與自我否定等現象，正逐漸影響青年學子之學習動機、職涯探索與行動力，合先敘明。
二、為協助第一線教育工作者因應上述挑戰，104人力銀行發布《滑世代焦慮》報告，深入解析年輕世代焦慮背後之心理機制與行為變化，並特辦理旨揭線上講座。
三、本講座特邀國立臺灣師範大學陳學志副校長，以及104人力銀行職涯永續長王榮春參與分享。會中將分享實務上可運用之觀察指標、社會情緒學習（SEL）推動實務與職涯引導建議，期能協助 貴校師長洞察學生遭遇瓶頸之成因，進而提供更具效益之陪伴與引導方式。

I. In recent years, phenomena such as social comparison and anxiety and self-doubt triggered by advancements in AI technology have been gradually affecting young students i motivation to learn, career exploration, and initiative. This is noted at the outset.
II. To assist frontline educators in addressing these challenges, 104 Job Bank has released the report *Anxiety in the Swipe Generation*, which provides an in-depth analysis of the psychological mechanisms and behavioral changes underlying anxiety among the younger generation. To this end, we are hosting the aforementioned online seminar.
3. This seminar features special guest speakers Vice President Chen Hsueh-chih of National Taiwan Normal University and Wang Rong-chun, Head of Career Sustainability at 104 Job Bank. The session will cover practical observation indicators, the implementation of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and career guidance recommendations. We hope this will help faculty members at your institution gain insight into the causes of students i challenges and, in turn, provide more effective support and guidance.
