一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署115年5月28日臺教國署學字第1155802215號函辦理。
二、旨揭比賽徵件時間及對象如下，請協助轉知比賽及甄選資訊：
(一)徵件時間：115年6月1日（星期一）至115年9月7日（星期一）止。
(二)活動對象：
1、弘揚孝道漫畫比賽、孝道故事徵文比賽：參加對象為全國高級中等以下學校（含五專前三年）在學學生。
2、Ü好攝影徵件比賽：參加對象為中學生組（國民中學、高級中等學校、五專前三年學生）、社會組（含大專校院、研究所學生、成年民眾，其中五專限後二年學生）。
3、IUHOW薪傳參與獎：表揚對象為於107年至114年間參加本署孝道教育資源中心辦理之孝道教育系列比賽，累計3年以上並均獲獎之高級中等以下學校學生（已畢業學生仍具領獎資格）；由該署孝道教育資源中心依歷年獲獎資料彙整比對，以電子郵件通知符合資格之獲獎者，並寄送頒獎典禮出席意願調查及基本資料確認表。
三、獲獎資訊將公告於該署孝道教育資源中心網站；頒獎日期與地點另行公告辦理，請詳見該中心官網最新消息。

**Announcement Regarding the Application for the "Promoting Filial Piety" Competition**
**I. Basis for Implementation**
This announcement is made in accordance with the directive issued by the Student Affairs Division of the Ministry of Education on May 28, 2026, under the reference number 1155802215.
**II. Competition Application Period and Eligibility**
Please kindly disseminate the following information regarding the competition and selection process:
1. **Application Period:** From Monday, June 1, 2026, to Monday, September 7, 2026.
2. **Eligibility:**
- **Promoting Filial Piety Manga Competition and Filial Piety Story Essay Competition:** Open to all students currently enrolled in senior high schools and below (including the first three years of five-year vocational colleges) nationwide.
- **U Good Photography Competition:** Open to two categories:
- **Junior and Senior High School Students:** Includes students from junior high schools, senior high schools, and the first three years of five-year vocational colleges.
- **General Public Category:** Includes students from colleges and universities, graduate students, and adult members of the public. For five-year vocational colleges, only students in the last two years are eligible.
- **IUHOW Filial Piety Legacy Participation Award:** This award recognizes students who have participated in the series of filial piety education competitions organized by the Filial Piety Education Resource Center of the Student Affairs Division from 2018 to 2025. Eligible candidates must have accumulated participation for at least three years and received awards in each year. Graduates who meet these criteria are also eligible for the award. The Filial Piety Education Resource Center will compile and compare historical award data to identify eligible recipients, who will be notified via email. The notification will include a survey regarding attendance at the award ceremony and a form to confirm basic personal information.
**III. Announcement of Results**
Information regarding award winners will be published on the website of the Filial Piety Education Resource Center. The date and venue for the award ceremony will be announced separately. Please refer to the latest updates on the center's official website for further details.
