一、優良教學助理遴選規定
依《慈濟大學優秀教學助理遴選及獎勵辦法》規定，各類別優良教學助理獲獎以二次為限；惟升讀研究所（碩、博士班）或改以不同類別教學助理身分申請者，獲獎次數得重新計算。
依114年4月24日「遴選113-1學期優良教學助理會議」決議，已獲優良教學助理獎項二次之同學，將不列入後續遴選名單，並自113-2學期起正式實施。
二、評分作業
評分連結已陸續寄送至TA學校電子郵件信箱，請於115年6月28日（日）前完成評分：
• 教師評分
• TA自評
• 班級學生評分
三、評分類別
依TA申請表「是否接觸學生」欄位分為：
（一）未接觸學生
• TA自評
• 教師評分
（二）有接觸學生
• TA自評
• 教師評分
• 班級學生評分
如實際工作內容與申請資料不符（如未與學生接觸），請於學生評分截止日前來信告知，以利調整評分類別。

**Selection Regulations for Outstanding Teaching Assistants**
According to the "Selection and Reward Regulations for Outstanding Teaching Assistants at Tzu Chi University," the award for outstanding teaching assistants is limited to two times per category. However, if a teaching assistant proceeds to pursue graduate studies (Master's or Doctoral programs) or applies for the award under a different category, the number of awards received may be recalculated.
Based on the resolution of the "Selection Meeting for Outstanding Teaching Assistants of the 113-1 Semester" held on April 24, 114, students who have already received the award twice will not be included in subsequent selection lists. This regulation will be formally implemented starting from the 113-2 semester.
**Evaluation Process**
Evaluation links have been sent to the school email addresses of the TAs. Please complete the following evaluations by June 28, 115 (Sunday):
- Teacher Evaluation
- TA Self-Evaluation
- Student Evaluation
**Evaluation Categories**
The evaluation categories are determined based on the "Student Contact" field in the TA application form:
1. **No Student Contact**
- TA Self-Evaluation
- Teacher Evaluation
2. **With Student Contact**
- TA Self-Evaluation
- Teacher Evaluation
- Student Evaluation
If the actual work content does not match the application data (e.g., no student contact), please inform us via email before the student evaluation deadline to adjust the evaluation category accordingly.
