一、臺北市政府青年局為強化青年學子國際視野，深耕培植國際人才，辦理「115年臺北市青年國際影響力實驗室」，將透過系列培訓課程及成果模擬會議，增進青年學子獨立思考能力，並深化國際知識及提升參與全球事務之技能。培訓課程自115年7月2日起至115年8月1日止，期間共計10堂課，每堂3小時，合計30小時；成果模擬會議訂於115年8月9日進行。
二、本案計畫課程說明如下：
(一)參加對象：於臺北就學或設籍於臺北之高中職及大專院校一、二年級學生，預計招收正取50名及備取15至20名。
(二)活動內容：含「培訓課程」及「成果模擬會議」二部份，培訓課程包含國際重要議事介紹、外交事務培力、提案辯論、邏輯思辨及文件撰寫等；成果模擬會議採用APEC Youth Forum架構，學員將代表不同APEC經濟體，針對指定國際議題撰寫立場文件（Position Paper）、進行立場發言、跨國協商與共同聲明草擬等，實際體驗國際會議運作流程。
(三)報名期程：即日起至115年6月15日（一）晚上11時59分止，採網路表單填寫報名（報名網址：https://forms.gle/N26Uqb8mxCDjR1BRA）。
The Taipei City Government Bureau of Youth Affairs is committed to enhancing the international perspective of young students and cultivating international talent. To this end, the Bureau is organizing the "Taipei City Youth International Influence Laboratory 115." This initiative will provide a series of training courses and a simulated outcomes conference to improve students' independent thinking abilities, deepen their international knowledge, and enhance their skills in participating in global affairs. The training courses will be held from July 2, 115, to August 1, 115, comprising a total of 10 sessions, each lasting 3 hours, for a cumulative duration of 30 hours. The simulated outcomes conference is scheduled for August 9, 115.
The program details are as follows:
(1) Eligibility: First and second-year students from high schools, vocational schools, and colleges/universities who are either studying in Taipei or have their household registration in Taipei. The program is expected to admit 50 main participants and 15 to 20 reserve participants.
(2) Program Content: The program consists of two parts: "Training Courses" and "Simulated Outcomes Conference." The training courses will cover introductions to important international meetings, capacity building in diplomatic affairs, proposal debates, logical reasoning, and document writing. The simulated outcomes conference will follow the structure of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Youth Forum. Participants will represent different APEC economies, draft position papers on designated international topics, deliver position statements, engage in cross-border negotiations, and draft joint declarations, thereby experiencing the operational process of international conferences firsthand.
