**Announcement: Recruitment for Summer Camp Facilitators**
**I. Benefits of Participation:**
Participation in this program will provide valuable hands-on experience in organizing and executing summer camp activities. It will also enhance participants' communication skills, foster confidence in public speaking, and develop leadership abilities. Furthermore, it will cultivate a spirit of teamwork and strengthen soft skills beneficial for future career development.
**II. Eligibility:**
Current undergraduate and graduate students from universities and colleges are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to students majoring in Business Administration, Information Management, Mass Communication, Psychology, Sociology, Law, and related fields.
**III. Benefits Provided:**
Participants will be provided with meals, a celebratory banquet, and comprehensive pre-camp training. Detailed information will be communicated during the pre-camp training session.
