召募條件
就讀大專校院以上，不限科系、有教學熱情、且具基本學科能力。
願意耐心陪伴孩子慢慢進步，能配合指導學生至少一學年。
願充實教學知能，接受過「科技化評量」師資培訓者尤佳。

報名時間：即日起至媒合配對完成為止。
將於115年7月開始依報名順序進行師生配對媒合，越早報名越有機會媒合成功！課輔學生、科目、上課時間將依媒合結果而定，最晚於115年9月底前通知錄取者，未錄取者恕不另行通知。

服務獎勵與時數
線上每一小時300元。實體每一小時450元。
如為公費生、師獎生，可選擇核發服務獎勵或服務時數。
如為一般生需申請校內服務學習時數，請依照校內認定標準與規定為主。
可核發服務獎勵及時數範圍包括：參加相見歡、一對一課輔、學生臨時請假老師已備課、交流分享會等。
激勵獎金
參加師培賦能課，以及獲得教學全勤獎、教學與教材設計優良獎等，將核發激勵獎金。
若為星光計畫續任的課輔老師，另提供續案留任獎勵。
注意事項
線上老師應自備有視訊功能的電腦或者平板，授課時師生皆須開啟鏡頭、麥克風。
實體老師應自備交通工具，需自行前往實體據點授課，將協助投保意外險。
一對一課輔老師配合事項
115學年度上學期
參加1場「相見歡」活動：預計將於9/5(六)台東、9/12(六)台北、9/13(日)嘉義，舉辦實體師生相見歡(每場一天)，相見歡後才開始進行一對一課輔。課輔老師僅需參加媒合據點所屬的其中一場即可。提供交通補助。
參與1場線上「據點交流會」：將於相見歡活動前，以線上google meet方式舉辦一場課輔老師及據點老師的交流會，讓課輔老師及據點老師能先溝通了解學生的學習狀況、興趣與家庭背景，以利相見歡見面時可以快速拉近與孩子的距離。
參加4場線上「師培賦能課」：將於學期間舉辦，讓老師們具備足夠能力教學，充實教學知能。
115學年度下學期
參與3場線上「一對一課輔老師交流分享會」：將於學期間舉辦，讓老師們可以相互分享教學經驗與心得，同心協力幫助孩子更好。
課輔教學
每次上課後，課輔老師需填寫教學紀錄表，以讓基金會了解孩子上課情況。
配合本計畫教學督導共備以及教學指導。
**Recruitment Information for Tutoring Instructors**
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Must be currently enrolled in a university or college (no restriction on major).
- Possess a passion for teaching and fundamental academic competence.
- Willing to patiently support students in gradual progress and commit to guiding them for at least one academic year.
- Eager to enhance teaching skills; preference will be given to those who have completed training in "Technology-Based Assessment."

- Application period: From the date of announcement until the completion of instructor-student matching.
- Matching will begin in July 2026, following the order of applications. Earlier applications increase the likelihood of successful matching.
- The assigned student, subject, and tutoring schedule will be determined based on the matching results. Successful applicants will be notified by the end of September 2026. Unsuccessful applicants will not receive further notification.

**Service Rewards and Hours**
- Online tutoring: NT$300 per hour.
- In-person tutoring: NT$450 per hour.
- For scholarship recipients (e.g., government-funded or teaching scholarship students), either service rewards or service hours may be chosen.
- For general students, service-learning hours must be applied for according to the university's established criteria and regulations.
- Service rewards and hours may be granted for the following activities: attending the welcome event, conducting one-on-one tutoring, preparing lessons for students who are absent, and participating in exchange and sharing sessions.
**Incentive Bonuses**
- Bonuses will be awarded for completing instructor training sessions and for achieving full attendance in teaching, as well as for excellence in teaching and instructional design.
- Returning instructors from the "Starlight Program" will receive an additional retention incentive.
**Important Notes**
- Online instructors must provide their own computer or tablet with video conferencing capabilities. Both instructor and student are required to have their cameras and microphones enabled during sessions.
- In-person instructors must arrange their own transportation to the assigned tutoring site. Assistance with accident insurance coverage will be provided.
**Responsibilities of One-on-One Tutoring Instructors**
**First Semester of Academic Year 115**
- Attend one "Welcome Event" (planned for September 5 in Taitung, September 12 in Taipei, and September 13 in Chiayi; each event lasts one day). Tutoring will commence after the Welcome Event. Instructors are required to attend only the event corresponding to their assigned tutoring site. Travel allowances will be provided.
- Participate in one online "Site Exchange Meeting" (to be held before the Welcome Event via Google Meet). This meeting will facilitate communication between tutoring instructors and site coordinators regarding students' academic progress, interests, and family backgrounds, helping to build rapport during the Welcome Event.
- Attend four online "Instructor Training Sessions" (to be held during the academic term) to ensure instructors are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective teaching.
**Second Semester of Academic Year 115**
- Participate in three online "One-on-One Tutoring Exchange and Sharing Sessions" (to be held during the academic term). These sessions will allow instructors to share teaching experiences and insights, working together to better support students.
