一、畢業生典禮服儀
6月6日（六）正式典禮當日
🔹 碩博士班、醫學系、後中醫學系畢業生：
白襯衫、領帶、黑色西裝長褲（不得著牛仔褲）
黑襪
外著碩博士袍與碩博士帽
請勿染髮
🔹 大學部畢業生：
夏季制服、領帶、白襪
外著學士服與學士帽（不得著牛仔褲）
請勿染髮
二、交通車時間
去程（世通遊覽車）：
07:30 介仁停車場 → 07:45 中央大喜館 （1台）
回程（世通接駁車）：
12:30 中央大喜館 → 12:45 介仁停車場 （1台）
三、家長入場提醒
07:10~08:00：家長統一請由靜思堂1樓感恩堂(靜思書軒對面)進入會場。
08:10之後抵達者，請由靜思堂1樓感恩堂入口進入後，至國際會議廳就座觀禮。
👉 會場內禁止攜帶花束及雨傘，請依工作人員指引妥善放置，感恩配合。
四、典禮流程
全體畢業生請於 07:30~08:00 間，至中央校區慈悲喜捨大廳外草地集合。
08:00準時由師長帶隊進入講經堂典禮會場。
**Graduation Ceremony Dress Code**
On the day of the formal ceremony, June 6 (Saturday):
- **Graduate and Doctoral Students, as well as those from the School of Medicine and the School of Postgraduate Traditional Chinese Medicine:**
- White shirt, tie, and black formal trousers (jeans are not permitted).
- Black socks.
- Please wear the graduate or doctoral gown and cap over your attire.
- Hair dyeing is not allowed.
- **Undergraduate Students:**
- Summer uniform, tie, and white socks.
- Please wear the undergraduate gown and cap over your attire (jeans are not permitted).
- Hair dyeing is not allowed.
**Shuttle Bus Schedule**
Outbound (Shuttle Bus):
- 07:30 from Jie Ren Parking Lot → 07:45 to Central Great Joy Hall (1 bus)
Return (Shuttle Bus):
- 12:30 from Central Great Joy Hall → 12:45 to Jie Ren Parking Lot (1 bus)
**Reminder for Parents' Entry**
- 07:10–08:00: Parents are requested to enter the venue uniformly through the Gratitude Hall on the first floor of the Jing Si Hall (opposite the Jing Si Bookstore).
- Those arriving after 08:10 should enter through the Gratitude Hall entrance and proceed to the International Conference Hall for seating.
- **Bouquets and umbrellas are not permitted inside the venue.** Please follow the staff's instructions to place them properly. Thank you for your cooperation.
**Ceremony Schedule**
All graduates are requested to assemble on the grass outside the Compassion, Mercy, Joy, and Generosity Hall at the Central Campus between 07:30 and 08:00.
At 08:00, the faculty will lead the graduates into the Dharma Lecture Hall ceremony venue. |
