一、畢業生典禮服儀
6月5日(五)正式典禮當日
🔹 碩士班畢業生:
白襯衫、領帶、黑色西裝長褲(不得著牛仔褲)
黑襪
外著碩士袍與碩博士帽
請勿染髮
🔹 大學部、五專部、二技部畢業生:
夏季制服、領帶、白襪
外著學士服與學士帽或副學士服與副學士帽(不得著牛仔褲)
請勿染髮
二、交通車時間
去程(世通遊覽車):
12:30 建國校門口 → 12:45 中央大喜館 (2台)
回程(世通接駁車):
17:30 中央大喜館 → 17:45 建國校門口 (2台)
三、家長入場提醒
12:10~13:00:家長統一請由靜思堂1樓感恩堂(靜思書軒對面)進入會場。
13:10之後抵達者,請統一由靜思堂1樓感恩堂入口進入後,至國際會議廳就座觀禮。
👉 會場內禁止攜帶花束及雨傘,請依工作人員指引妥善放置,感恩配合。
四、典禮流程
全體畢業生請於 12:30~13:00 間,至中央校區慈悲喜捨大廳外草地集合。
13:00準時由師長帶隊進入講經堂典禮會場。 **Graduation Ceremony Dress Code**
On the day of the formal ceremony, June 5 (Friday):
- **Master is Degree Graduates:**
- White dress shirt, tie, and black formal trousers (jeans are not permitted)
- Black socks
- Outerwear: Master is gown and master is cap
- Please refrain from having dyed hair
- **Undergraduate, Five-Year Vocational, and Two-Year Associate Degree Graduates:**
- Summer uniform, tie, and white socks
- Outerwear: Bachelor is gown and cap or Associate is gown and cap (jeans are not permitted)
- Please refrain from having dyed hair
**Shuttle Bus Schedule**
Outbound (Shuttle Bus):
- 12:30 Departure from the Chienkuo Gate → 12:45 Arrival at the Central Great Joy Hall (2 buses)
Return (Shuttle Bus):
- 17:30 Departure from the Central Great Joy Hall → 17:45 Arrival at the Chienkuo Gate (2 buses)
**Reminder for Parents i Entry**
- 12:10–13:00: Parents are requested to enter the venue uniformly through the Gratitude Hall on the first floor of the Hall of Compassionate Wisdom (opposite the Tzu Chi Bookstore).
- Those arriving after 13:00 should enter through the Gratitude Hall entrance on the first floor of the Hall of Compassionate Wisdom and proceed to the International Conference Hall for seating.
- **Please note:** Bringing bouquets or umbrellas into the venue is prohibited. Kindly follow the staff is instructions for proper placement. Thank you for your cooperation.
**Ceremony Procedure**
All graduates are requested to gather on the grass outside the Great Hall of Compassion, Joy, and Generosity at the Central Campus between 12:30 and 13:00.
At 13:00, graduates will be led into the ceremony hall by faculty members. |
