一、依據高級中等以下學校及各該主管機關專業輔導人員設置辦法及教育部國民及學前教育署補助直轄市及縣(市)政府推動少年事件過渡性教育措施計畫辦理。
二、本次甄選類別與名額：
(一)一般地區專輔人員(心理師) 1名
(二)一般地區專輔人員(社工師) 1名
(三)偏遠地區專輔人員(心理師) 1名
(四)偏遠地區專輔人員(社工師/社工) 3名
(五)過渡性教育措施專案輔導員 2名
(六)過渡性教育措施專案助理 1名
三、報名時間：115年6月4日(星期四)至115年6月15日(星期一)截止，一律採線上報名。請填寫線上表單報名，不受理通訊或紙本報名，表單填寫後請主動來電本中心竹北辦公室(電話：03-6685995#24 林小姐09:00-15:00)確認，否則視為未報名成功，報名時間以表單填寫送出時間為準。

五、甄選地點：新竹縣立竹北國民中學仁愛樓團諮室(一樓)。
六、依高級中等以下學校及各該主管機關專業輔導人員設置辦法第六條公立學校及各該主管機關經公開甄選二次以上，未足額錄取具相關專業資格證書者，該年度得經公開甄選聘用具各該相關專業資格證書應考資格者擔任之。本梯次已為本年度第三次甄選，請貴單位鼓勵具有心理師/社工師證書應考資格者報名本次甄選。

I. This recruitment is conducted in accordance with the Regulations on the Establishment of Professional Counseling Staff in Senior High Schools and Below and Their Competent Authorities, as well as the Ministry of Education is National and Preschool Education Bureau is plan to subsidize municipal and county (city) governments in implementing transitional educational measures for juvenile cases.
II. Categories and Vacancies for This Recruitment:
(1) Professional Counselor for General Areas (Psychologist): 1 position
(2) Professional Counselor for General Areas (Social Worker): 1 position
(3) Professional Counselor for Remote Areas (Psychologist): 1 position
(4) Professional Counselor for Remote Areas (Social Worker): 3 positions
(5) Project Counselor for Transitional Educational Measures: 2 positions
(6) Project Assistant for Transitional Educational Measures: 1 position
III. Application Period: From Thursday, June 4, 2026, to Monday, June 15, 2026. Applications must be submitted online. Please complete the online form to apply. Applications submitted by mail or in paper form will not be accepted. The application time is determined by the time the form is submitted.

V. Selection Location: Group Counseling Room (1st Floor), Ren iai Building, Hsinchu County Zhubei Junior High School.
VI. Pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulations Governing the Appointment of Professional Counseling Personnel in Senior High Schools and Below and Their Competent Authorities, if public schools and their competent authorities have conducted two or more open selection processes without successfully recruiting a sufficient number of candidates holding relevant professional certification, they may, in that fiscal year, hire candidates eligible to take the examination who possess such relevant professional certification through an open selection process. This round marks the third selection process for the current fiscal year. We kindly request your organization to encourage individuals eligible to apply with a licensed psychologist or social worker certificate to register for this selection.
