一、因應全球淨零轉型趨勢，歐盟推動「歐洲綠色數位聯盟（EGDC）」及數位減碳評估機制（NCIA），協助產業透過數位科技實踐減碳目標，已成為國際重要發展方向。
二、為協助地方政府及產業接軌國際減碳評估機制，本會將於 115 年 6 月 11 日至 12 日分別於臺中及高雄辦理「雙軸轉型－減碳數位解方選拔說明會」，針對 EGDC 國際徵案、淨碳方法學及國際驗證機制進行說明，獲選案例將有機會獲得國際專家免費驗算及國際舞台發表機會。
三、誠摯邀請貴校協助轉知相關教師、研究團隊、新創團隊及合作企業踴躍參與，蒞臨聆聽交流。兩場說明會活動資訊如下：
(一)台中場

**Announcement: EGDC and NCIA Digital Decarbonization Solution Selection Briefing Sessions**
In response to the global trend towards carbon neutrality, the European Union has established the "European Green Digital Coalition (EGDC)" and the "Net Carbon Impact Assessment (NCIA)" mechanism. These initiatives aim to assist industries in achieving their decarbonization goals through digital technology, representing a significant direction in international development.
To help local governments and industries align with international decarbonization assessment mechanisms, this association will hold the "Dual-Axis Transformation: Digital Decarbonization Solution Selection Briefing Sessions" on June 11 and 12, 115, in Taichung and Kaohsiung, respectively. The sessions will provide detailed explanations on the EGDC international application process, net carbon methodologies, and international verification mechanisms. Selected cases will have the opportunity to receive free calculations by international experts and to present on an international stage.
We sincerely invite your institution to assist in disseminating this information to relevant faculty members, research teams, startups, and partner enterprises, encouraging their active participation and attendance for valuable exchanges. The details of the two briefing sessions are as follows:
