一、推甄名額:每所院校提供5-8名推甄名額。
二、推甄資格:114學年總操性、學業及實習成績均達80分以上。
三、報名方式：請各校於115年6月15日前填寫就業推甄報名表，以傳真、信件或email方式報名，通過審核者本院擇優錄取，並依相關規定辦理人員進用。
四、其他就業推甄相關事項，請見本院招募海報並請協助張貼及公告。
五、若有相關推甄問題請洽本院護理部王怡萍督導，聯絡電話：(03)3384-889#5025。
*請務必於學校規定期限前完成申請(含職涯諮詢)，逾期恕不受理，學校收件截止日為6/8。
I. Number of Recommendation Spots: Each institution is allocated 5–8 recommendation spots.
II. Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must have achieved a score of 80 or higher in physical education, academic performance, and internship evaluations for the 2025 academic year.
III. Application Procedure: Each school must complete the Employment Recommendation Application Form and submit it via fax, mail, or email by June 15, 2026. Applicants who pass the review will be selected by our hospital based on merit, and personnel recruitment will be processed in accordance with relevant regulations.
IV. For other matters related to the employment recommendation process, please refer to our hospital is recruitment poster and assist in posting and publicizing it.

*Please ensure that all applications (including career counseling) are completed by the deadline set by your school. Late submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for schools to receive applications is June 8. |
