二、講座大綱
1.認識職場不法侵害與職場霸凌之常見樣態與案例。
2.了解職場不法侵害與霸凌之差異。
3.法令規範、權益保障及防治措施之介紹。
4.事件發生時之通報流程、協助資源與因應方式。
三、講座資訊：

2.地點：中央校區 和敬樓4樓- A410階梯教室
3.講師：黃愛珍老師 (國立東華大學社會學系、公共行政學系及教育行政與管理學系兼任講師)

**Announcement: Workshop on Understanding Illegal Harassment and Workplace Bullying**
**I. Purpose:**
Through this lecture, we aim to enhance awareness of illegal harassment and workplace bullying, and collectively foster a respectful, safe, and friendly work environment.
**II. Workshop Outline:**
1. Recognizing common forms and case studies of illegal harassment and workplace bullying.
2. Understanding the differences between illegal harassment and bullying.
3. Introduction to legal regulations, rights protection, and preventive measures.
4. Reporting procedures, available support resources, and response strategies in the event of an incident.
**III. Workshop Details:**
1. **Date and Time:** June 5, 2026 (Friday), 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
2. **Venue:** Central Campus, 4th Floor of Hejing Building, A410 Lecture Hall
3. **Instructor:** Professor Huang Ai-Chen (兼任講師 at the Department of Sociology, Department of Public Administration, and Department of Educational Administration and Management, National Dong Hwa University)
4. **Participants:** All faculty and staff members of the university (limited to 50 participants)
5. **Registration:** Please log in to the campus administrative system to register. Registration number: 11500754
6. **Credit:** This workshop will be counted as one instance of "Teacher Professional Development Training."
**Note:** Vegetarian meal boxes will be provided, limited to the first 50 participants who check in on the day of the event. Supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
