一、活動旨在協助對半導體產業有興趣之身心障礙求職者，透過本次工作坊活動，掌握半導體基礎知識與職場軟實力，為進入高科技產業做準備，並提供實體面試機會 。
二、參加對象：具備身心障礙證明、大學以上學歷（已畢業或應屆畢業）。不限科系與工作背景，凡有意求職、轉職至台灣美光，或欲探索職涯發展機會者，皆歡迎報名 。
三、辦理時間及地點如下：115年6月24日（線上課程）、6月25日（美光后里廠實體課程）。
四、報名方式：即日起至 115年6月10日下午12時止 。採網路報名，申請後將進行初步篩選並通知錄取名單，報名網址：https:／／forms.cloud.microsoft/r/bzL0gF947L或報名連結請參閱附件海報 QR Code 。

The purpose of this workshop is to assist individuals with disabilities who are interested in pursuing careers in the semiconductor industry. Through this event, participants will gain foundational knowledge of semiconductors and develop essential workplace soft skills, preparing them for entry into the high-tech sector. Additionally, the workshop will provide opportunities for in-person interviews.
**Eligibility:**
Participants must hold a valid certificate of disability and possess a university degree or higher (either graduated or graduating). There are no restrictions on academic background or work experience. All individuals who are seeking employment, considering a career change to Micron Technology in Taiwan, or exploring career development opportunities are welcome to apply.
**Workshop Schedule and Location:**
- June 24, 2026: Online session
- June 25, 2026: In-person session at Micron Technology is Houli Plant
**Registration:**
Registration is open until 12:00 PM on June 10, 2026. Online registration is required.
