一、依據教育部115年5月27日臺教學(五)字第1152802209號函辦理。
二、近日各大專校院發生校外人士進入校園,從事問卷調查、商品介紹、課程推廣或其他名義藉以接觸學生,進而衍生訪問交易、消費糾紛及疑似詐騙等爭議。相關事件常由初步填寫問卷或提供個人資料開始,後續可能涉及簽約、分期付款或解約不易等情形,對學生經濟負擔及心理壓力造成影響。
三、請本校各教學與行政單位確實加強師生宣導,提醒學生遇有校外人士推銷、邀約填寫問卷、要求提供個人資料、簽署文件或辦理分期付款等情形,應審慎判斷並即時向學校反映;學校亦會主動提供必要之諮詢、通報及輔導協助,以維護學生權益與校園安全。。

I. This notice is issued in accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Education, dated May 27, 115, under the reference number 1152802209.
II. Recently, incidents have occurred at various colleges and universities where external individuals have entered campuses to conduct surveys, introduce products, promote courses, or engage students under other pretenses. These actions have subsequently led to controversies involving transactions, consumer disputes, and suspected fraudulent activities. Such incidents often begin with students filling out questionnaires or providing personal information, and may later involve signing contracts, installment payments, or difficulties with contract termination, thereby affecting students i financial burdens and psychological well-being.
III. Please ensure that all teaching and administrative units within this university strengthen their advocacy efforts among faculty and students. Remind students to exercise caution and promptly report to the university if they encounter situations involving external individuals promoting products, inviting them to fill out questionnaires, requesting personal information, asking them to sign documents, or arranging installment payments. The university will also proactively provide necessary consultation, reporting, and counseling assistance to safeguard students i rights and campus safety.
