一、本案為國立中山大學教育研究所楊淑晴教授主持之研究計畫，旨在了解大學生與研究生對生成式 AI 使用情境之看法。
二、本問卷採線上填答方式進行，填答對象為全國大專院校大學生與研究生。
三、問卷相關資訊如下：

(二)填答時間：約15至20分鐘
(三)填答期間：即日起至2026年6月30日止，或至有效填答人數達標為止。
(四)本問卷採匿名方式進行，所有資料僅供學術研究使用。
四、為提升研究樣本之代表性與完整性，本研究預計蒐集至少400份有效問卷，並於問卷調查結束後辦理抽獎活動，獎項包含7-ELEVEN 1,000元商品卡、500元商品卡、200元商品卡、100元商品卡，預計於2026年6月中旬公告中獎名單。

**Announcement: Survey on the Use of Generative AI by Undergraduate and Graduate Students**
**I. Purpose of the Survey**
This survey is part of a research project led by Professor Shu-Ching Yang from the Department of Education at National Sun Yat-sen University. The aim of this study is to understand the perspectives of undergraduate and graduate students regarding the use of generative AI.
**II. Survey Methodology**
The survey will be conducted online, targeting undergraduate and graduate students from all universities and colleges across Taiwan.
**III. Survey Details**

- **Estimated Time to Complete:** Approximately 15 to 20 minutes
- **Survey Period:** From the date of this announcement until June 30, 2026, or until the required number of valid responses is achieved, whichever comes first.
- **Confidentiality:** The survey is anonymous, and all collected data will be used solely for academic research purposes.
**IV. Prize Draw**
To enhance the representativeness and completeness of the research sample, we aim to collect at least 400 valid responses. After the survey concludes, a prize draw will be held. Prizes include 7-ELEVEN shopping cards worth NT$1,000, NT$500, NT$200, and NT$100. The winners will be announced in mid-June 2026.
