一、本校執行教育部115年度教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫，為提供基北區大專校院跨校支持網絡，特邀深耕於當代思潮與台灣發展、法治及人權教育領域之專家分享轉型正義的專業見解；期透過區域基地模式，推動教師支持系統，落實整合教育、研究與社會實踐能量之任務。
二、活動資訊
(一)名稱：轉型正義的歷史反思：權力運作與民主監督機制
1、主題一：從威權到民主：維護國家安全與社會秩序的政府權力。講師：國立臺灣師範大學公民教育與活動領導學系–林佳範副教授。
2、主題二：北區基地資源電子報宣傳及QA總結。講師：教學實踐研究計畫北區基地。
(二)時間：115年6月16日（二）上午9時20分至12時30分。
(三)地點：臺北市大安區和平東路二段134號（國立臺北教育大學至善樓G105國際會議廳）。

1、為確保活動品質及因場地座位有限，限額160人，報名截止後將統一寄發「錄取通知信」，以確認出席名單，敬請留意相關信件通知。
2、為避免浪費免費研習資源，及為避免影響他人權益，如師長因故不克出席，請於活動前3日來電告知，以利備取者依序遞補。

**Official Announcement:**
The Tzu Chi University is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a series of lectures as part of its implementation of the Ministry of Education is 2026 Teaching Practice Research Project—Regional Base Program. This initiative aims to provide a cross-institutional support network for colleges and universities in the Taipei and Keelung region. We are honored to invite experts specializing in contemporary thought, Taiwan is development, legal systems, and human rights education to share their professional insights on transitional justice. Through the regional base model, we hope to promote a teacher support system and fulfill our mission of integrating education, research, and social practice.

Historical Reflections on Transitional Justice: Power Dynamics and Democratic Oversight Mechanisms

- **Topic 1:** From Authoritarianism to Democracy: Government Power in Safeguarding National Security and Social Order
Speaker: Associate Professor Lin Chia-Fan, Department of Civic Education and Leadership, National Taiwan Normal University.
- **Topic 2:** Promotion of the North Region Base Resource E-Newsletter and Q&A Summary
Speaker: North Region Base, Teaching Practice Research Project.

- To ensure the quality of the event and due to limited seating, registration is capped at 160 participants. Upon the conclusion of the registration period, an official confirmation email will be sent to all registrants to finalize the attendance list. Please keep an eye on your inbox for this notification.
- To prevent the waste of free training resources and to safeguard the rights of other participants, if a teacher is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us by phone at least three days prior to the event. This will allow us to provide opportunities to those on the waiting list.
**(7) Participation Certificate:**
A digital certificate of participation will be issued to all attendees who participate in the entire event.
**(8) Target Audience:**
Faculty members from all public and private colleges and universities, as well as anyone interested in this event.
