一、依據115年5月7日第三次法規諮詢小組會議決議事項辦理。
二、為使工讀契約書簽訂更臻周延,自115年9月1日起正式啟用最新版本工讀契約書,相關注意事項說明如後。
三「專案計畫兼任助理、臨時工約用契約書」:
四、在校學生及非在校學生(臨時人員)均需簽署,採一個預算編號簽一份契約書,不同預算編號不可寫在同一份契約書。
1.申請專案計畫兼任助理、臨時工讀需執行以下流程:
(1)請工讀單位將工讀人員資料建檔至該預算下,才能使用該預算支
付工讀金。
(2)需完成職安時數3小時(下載職安時數證明,格式請參照生輔組網站工讀專區,請上傳系統或寄至生輔組負責同仁信箱ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw)。
(3)契約書正本一次三份(請自行上生輔組網站下載列印,請正反面列印),需由當事人親自簽署及加蓋私章(或手印),計畫主持人需蓋職章;請勿用使用打字,另契約書不可塗改,一經塗改需蓋當事人印章。
(4)簽署完畢由計畫主持人統一送印,送印完畢需送繳一份正本至建國校區指組湯定榮同仁處,以利登錄系統及備查。
(5)契約書送繳地點:
中央校區學務處:林雅玲小姐。
介仁校區生輔組:張金木校安。
建國校區課指組:湯定榮先生。
(6)給付金額若有異動,需重新簽署契約書,以維護雙方權益。
五、115年8月31日(含)前已簽署人員,不必再另行簽訂契約書,專案計畫兼任助理、臨時工約用契約書有效期限至該筆預算截止。

II. To ensure the completeness and rigor of the part-time work contract signing process, the latest version of the part-time work contract will be officially implemented starting from September 1, 2026. The relevant points of attention are outlined as follows.
III. "Part-time Work Contract for Project Assistants and Temporary Workers":
IV. Both enrolled students and non-enrolled students (temporary personnel) are required to sign the contract. Each contract corresponds to one budget number; different budget numbers must not be included in the same contract.
1. The following procedures must be followed when applying for part-time work as a project assistant or temporary worker:
(1) The part-time work unit must first file the part-time worker's information under the relevant budget before using that budget to pay the part-time work allowance.
(2) Completion of three hours of occupational safety training is required (please download the certificate of occupational safety training hours; the format can be referenced on the Student Affairs Office's part-time work section of the website. Please upload the certificate to the system or send it to the responsible staff member's email: ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw).
(3) The original contract must be signed in triplicate (please download and print the contract from the Student Affairs Office's website; please print on both sides). The contract must be personally signed and sealed with the individual's private stamp (or fingerprint). The project supervisor must affix their official stamp. Typing is not permitted, and the contract must not be altered. If any alterations are made, the individual's stamp must be affixed over the changes.
(4) After signing, the project supervisor will submit the contract for official stamping. Once completed, one original copy must be submitted to Mr. Tang Ding-Rong at the Guidance Section of the Chien-Kuo Campus for system registration and record-keeping purposes.
(5) Submission locations for the contract:
- Central Campus, Student Affairs Office: Ms. Lin Ya-Ling.
- Jie-Ren Campus, Student Affairs Office: Mr. Chang Chin-Mu, Safety Officer.
- Chien-Kuo Campus, Guidance Section: Mr. Tang Ding-Rong.
(6) If there are any changes to the payment amount, the contract must be re-signed to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
V. Personnel who have already signed contracts by August 31, 2026 (inclusive) are not required to sign new contracts. The validity period of the "Part-time Work Contract for Project Assistants and Temporary Workers" will extend until the expiration of the respective budget.
