一、依據115年5月7日第三次法規諮詢小組會議決議事項辦理。
二、為使工讀契約書簽訂更臻周延,自115年9月1日起正式啟用最新版本工讀契約書,相關注意事項說如後。
三、校務行政工讀:
1.限在校學生使用,僅需簽訂一次,有效日期自簽訂日期起至解除本校學生身份(畢業)止。
2.申請校務行政工讀需執行以下流程:
(1)申請條件:前學期成績60分、操行成績80分、職安時數3小時(下載職安時數證明,格式請參照生輔組網站工讀專區,請上傳系統或寄至生輔組負責同仁信箱ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw)。
(2)至學生資訊系統——>點選行政——>點選工讀作業——>填寫工讀獎助申請——>儲存——>寫信給課指組湯定榮同仁(ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw)說明已填寫完畢。
(3)契約書正本一次二份(請自行上生輔組網站下載列印,請正反面列印),需由當事人親自簽署及加蓋私章(或手印),不需加蓋計畫主持人職章;契約書請勿用使用打字,不可塗改,一經塗改需蓋當事人印章,簽署完畢送至生輔組統一送印。
(4)契約書送繳地點:
中央校區學務處:林雅玲小姐。
介仁校區生輔組:張金木校安。
建國校區課指組:湯定榮先生。
五、115年8月31日(含)前已簽署人員,不必再另行簽訂新契約書,在校生延用。
六、有相關問題請致電22741/11206課指組湯定榮同仁。 I. This notice is issued in accordance with the resolutions adopted at the third meeting of the Regulations Advisory Committee on May 7, 2026.
II. To ensure the comprehensiveness of the part-time work contract signing process, the latest version of the part-time work contract will be officially implemented starting from September 1, 2026. Please refer to the following for relevant matters to be noted.
III. Administrative Part-Time Work on Campus:
1. This opportunity is exclusively available to currently enrolled students. Each student is required to sign the contract only once, and its validity will extend from the date of signing until the termination of their student status at the university (graduation).
2. The application process for administrative part-time work is as follows:
(1) Application Requirements: A minimum grade of 60 in the previous semester, a conduct score of 80, and a completion of 3 hours of occupational safety training (please download the certificate of occupational safety training hours; the format should be referenced from the Student Affairs Office is part-time work section on their website. Please upload the certificate to the system or send it to the Student Affairs Office staff member is email: ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw).
(2) Log in to the Student Information System —> Select "Administration" —> Click on "Part-Time Work Operations" —> Complete the application for part-time work scholarship —> Save —> Send an email to the staff member of the Academic Affairs Office, Mr. Tang Ding-Rong (ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw), to inform them that the application has been completed.
(3) The original contract must be submitted in duplicate (please download and print the contract from the Student Affairs Office is website; please print both sides). The contract must be personally signed and stamped with the applicant is private seal (or fingerprint). There is no need to stamp the contract with the project supervisor is official seal. Please do not type the contract, and ensure that it is not altered. If any alterations are made, the applicant must stamp the document to confirm the changes. After signing, please submit the contract to the Student Affairs Office for unified printing.
(4) Submission Locations for the Contract:
- Central Campus, Student Affairs Office: Ms. Lin Ya-Ling.
- Jieren Campus, Student Affairs Office: Mr. Zhang Jin-Mu, Safety Officer.
- Jianguo Campus, Academic Affairs Office: Mr. Tang Ding-Rong.
V. Individuals who have already signed the contract on or before August 31, 2026, are not required to sign the new contract again. Current students may continue to use their existing contracts.
