依據《慈濟大學教學及研究人員學術倫理教育實施要點》，請依規定完成學術倫理繼續教育課程，並上傳相關證明文件至「教師學術暨實務申請系統」。

相關規定與繳交時程
1.專任教師學倫時數規定
一般教師：每學年度須完成至少2小時學術倫理繼續教育課程。
新進教師(114年8月1日後到職)：自到職日起一年內須完成至少6小時學術倫理教育課程研習。
2.證明文件繳交期限
一般教師：
■上傳時數：2小時
■課程日期範圍：114年8月1日至115年7月31日
■繳交期限：115年7月31日前
新進教師(114年8月1日後到職)：
■上傳時數：6小時
■課程日期範圍：114年8月1日至115年7月31日
■繳交期限：115年7月31日前
可選擇修習之學術倫理課程
請修習以下任一課程，並取得主辦單位核發之研習證明：
1.臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心（https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/）課程。
2.本校舉辦之學術倫理課程。
3.國內外大專院校或相關機構辦理之學術倫理研習課程。
※ 「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」帳號申請操作說明詳見附件，請以「個人註冊」方式修課，並妥善保存帳號密碼。
4.如對學術倫理教育課程時數認證有任何疑問，請逕洽研究發展處-學術研究組承辦人劉芳瑜 #22647洽詢。

**Notice Regarding the Submission of Academic Ethics Continuing Education Certificates**
Dear Faculty Members,
In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for Academic Ethics Education for Teaching and Research Personnel at Tzu Chi University," please complete the required academic ethics continuing education courses and upload the relevant certificates to the "Faculty Academic and Practical Application System."
**Certificate Upload and Inquiry Path:**
Campus Information System → Research and Development Division → Faculty Academic and Practical Application System → Academic Ethics Education Course Completion Certificate
**[Notice on the Results of the 114 Academic Year Compliance Check]**
The compliance check has been conducted up to May 27, 115 (excluding joint-appointed faculty and staff).
The results have been compiled. Please log in to the following link using your internal GMS account to view them:

**Regulations and Submission Deadlines**
1. **Academic Ethics Hour Requirements for Full-Time Faculty**
- General Faculty: Must complete at least 2 hours of academic ethics continuing education per academic year.
- Newly Hired Faculty (those who joined after August 1, 114): Must complete at least 6 hours of academic ethics education within one year of joining.
2. **Certificate Submission Deadlines**
- General Faculty:
- Hours to upload: 2 hours
- Course date range: August 1, 114 to July 31, 115
- Submission deadline: Before July 31, 115
- Newly Hired Faculty (those who joined after August 1, 114):
- Hours to upload: 6 hours
- Course date range: August 1, 114 to July 31, 115
- Submission deadline: Before July 31, 115
**Available Academic Ethics Courses**
Please select and complete any of the following courses, and obtain a certificate of completion from the respective organizer:
1. Courses offered by the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center (https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/).
2. Academic ethics courses hosted by Tzu Chi University.
3. Academic ethics workshops conducted by domestic or international universities and relevant institutions.
※ For detailed instructions on applying for an account at the "Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center," please refer to the attached document. Please register as an individual and keep your account and password secure.
