戴德森醫療財團法人嘉義基督教醫院為培育東南亞醫藥衛生人才，設有「東南亞國家醫藥衛生人才培育獎助學金」，協助學子來台就讀醫藥衛生相關且具專業證照之科系，順利完成學業與投入職場。

To cultivate healthcare professionals from Southeast Asian countries, Ditmanson Medical Foundation Chia-Yi Christian Hospital has established the “Southeast Asian Healthcare Talent Scholarship Program.” The scholarship aims to support students in pursuing healthcare-related academic programs in Taiwan that lead to professional licensure, helping them successfully complete their studies and enter the healthcare workforce.
