配合環境部推動「資源循環零廢棄」的國家施政主軸 ，本校永續發展辦公室 繼先前的「淨零綠領人才培育課程」之後 ，再次特別引進最新「資源循環」加值課程基礎班（第11505期），結訓並測驗及格後，還可下載國家環境研究院核發的專業結業證明！

Announcement
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
In alignment with the Environmental Protection Administration's national policy of "Resource Circulation and Zero Waste," the Office of Sustainable Development at Tzu Chi University is pleased to introduce a new foundational course on "Resource Circulation" (Session 11505), following the previous "Net-Zero Green Talent Training Course." Upon successful completion of the course and passing the assessment, participants will be eligible to download a professional certificate issued by the National Institute of Environmental Research.
*Course Dates: June 16, 2026 (Tuesday) and June 23, 2026 (Tuesday)
*Class Times: Daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:30 (Total of 12 hours)
*Venue: L0201, Dailai Building, Central Campus, Tzu Chi University (Subject to change based on enrollment numbers)
*Course Content and Instructors:
- June 16 (Tuesday): Policy and Regulations (3 hours), Resource Circulation and Waste Reduction in Daily Life (3 hours) | Instructor: Ms. Yen Su-Chen, Manager of Huan-Sheng International Co., Ltd.
- June 23 (Tuesday): Resource Circulation of the Four Major Industrial Materials (3 hours), Digital and Green Dual Transformation in Resource Recycling (3 hours) + Online Assessment | Instructor: Mr. Sun Wei-Shuo, Data Project Director of Chuan-Wei International Co., Ltd.
- Student Special Offer (50% Discount): Full-time undergraduate and graduate students (excluding part-time students) under the age of 29 (as per the guidelines for those under 30) are eligible for a half-price tuition fee. Upon providing proof of enrollment within the last three months, the Environmental Protection Administration will subsidize an additional NT$1,800.
- Faculty and Staff (Full Tuition Subsidy): To encourage our university community to jointly promote the transformation of a green campus, we have specially allocated "Full Tuition Subsidy Quotas for Faculty and Staff." These quotas are extremely limited, so we recommend applying early to secure your spot.
- Note: Participants who qualify as low-income, medium-low-income, or persons with disabilities may also apply for a full tuition fee subsidy according to the guidelines.
?? Registration Method and Important Reminders
1. Limited Enrollment: Each session has a maximum capacity of 50 participants. Registration will close once the limit is reached.
2. ?? Priority Notice: Due to the limited number of full tuition subsidy quotas for faculty and staff, we strongly advise everyone to confirm the remaining subsidy quotas with the Office of Sustainable Development before formally submitting their registration form to ensure their rights are protected.
